Casa Salamandra

Excelente atención y servicio de lujo de parte de los encargados de la casa. El espacio es muy amplio, ideal para grupos grandes. Ubicación de lujo en Nuevo Vallarta con acceso directo a la playa, al frente de la propiedad.

No funcionaba el baño de mi cuarto, ni los años de las albercas, es muuuy vieja la casa y se nota en muchos aspectos

If I can give it 0, I would. Beds are infested with bed bugs. House needs lots of maintenance.

Pésimo servicio, nos entregaron ls habitación 1 hora y media tarde y aparte super groseros. No lo recomiendo para nada!

Casa Salamandra was an amazing experience top to bottom. The staff here and especially Gilberto was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They offered us suggestions of places to eat and explore and got us anything we needed. The rental itself is located in a community with other resorts next to the beach and inside a complex with security. The common area has an amazing view of the water and spacious rooms and dining area. I would recommend staying here if you're ever in Nuevo Vallarta or Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing villa with a breath taking view of the beach. The place was spot on as presented in the pictures and had security/guard dogs watching the place at night. Furthermore, Gilberto our host is that 1% that goes above and beyond in service. He made sure we were happy at all times as well as provide guidance in areas to visit. Gilberto also made sure all our expensive equipment was put away safely when we would leave them out in the open. The food they prepared was delicious and the special home style salsa was one of the best I've had in years. He even provide the recipe for us on our last day there. I had my doubts about staying in Mexico, but after meeting Gilberto that has completely changed my opinion.

The villa is huge and can comfortably accommodate a large group. It sits right on the beach just a few steps away. Every single room had a breathtaking ocean view and its own bathroom. The sound of the waves was soothing. We loved the house and scenery so much, we stayed in every night and enjoyed the incredible sunsets. I loved the openness of the villa and the fresh air, we couldn't stop taking pictures. What really made this an exceptional experience was the staff, especially Gilberto. From the moment we arrived, he really went above and beyond and made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves at all times. It was unobtrusive but friendly. He treated us with high regard and respect. Gilberto also did all the grocery shopping and anything else we needed (including refill liquor runs after his shift). He also drove us around to different towns and always made sure to hang out a few minutes to make sure we were okay before he headed off. He was professional, personable and worked tirelessly to make it an experience of a lifetime. The home cooked meals were delicious, fresh and with generous portions. We loved all their recommendations and every meal was different. My friends loved their homemade salsa so much, they even packed us some to take home and provided us the recipe. There' s also a night guard and guard dogs that watch the premises all night. Honestly, I feel our group has high standards and high expectations, but they were all met. With Gilberto, you arrive as honored guests but leave as family. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime! Thank you!
