Súper mal servicio el de seguridad me juzgo por ser menor pensando que me llevaré algo les mostré que no llevaba nada.

Luego no te kieren vender la electrónica que tiene likidacion te dicen que ya está vendido y sentirá ellos lo kieren

No son los mejores precios, pero sí una buena selección. Verifique sus precios con un verificador de precios porque a veces publican un precio pero cuando lo escanea, hay más. Esta es una práctica común en todos los supermercados de México en esta zona, pero Chedraui no es tan atroz con esta práctica como otros. Sin embargo, encontrará mejores precios en los mercados locales. Es un buen lugar para una ventanilla única.

Antes de pagar, revisa tus articulaciones ya que existen siempre algunas diferencias entre lo que dice el anaquel y lo que se paga, pagas de más.te acercas al personal y no te dan respuesta, solo se limita a decir que son cosas o problemas del sistema.y si quieres una aclaración, se tardan mucho tiempo para que te desesperes y desistas del reclamo.

No me han entregado mi enser, quedaron de llevármelo ayer y no lo he recibido, llamo para verificar que paso y nadie atiende.

Tuve que regresar un medicamento y la señorita de farmacia se porto algo sangraba y también la de recepción

Siempre que vas mínimo 20 min de fila.

Siempre solo tienen 4 cajas abiertas y cuando pregunto porque? Siempre la misma respuesta, no tienen cajeras o están en capacitación y nadie mas sabe.

Llevan mucho tiempo asi, nada les cuesta abrir mas cajas cuando se junta la gente, filas muy largas.

Espero pronto implementen algun tipo de cajas de auto cobro o algo por el estilo, porque la verdad, el servicio es muy pobre.

El único problema es qué los precios nunca están correctos, siempre pasan más caros a lo qué dice la etiqueta; bueno y otro problema también es qué sólo abren cómo 3 cajas por las tardes, me ha tocado muchas veces ir y qué únicamente haya 3 cajas abiertas, con muchas personas en cada una de ellas.

En Bucerías es la tienda de autoservicio más completa, ¡no podría estar en un lugar mejor!

Esta muy bien el centro comercial.
Atención de primera desde el ingreso y cajeros.

Pero en el área de comida atienden pesimo.

Great smaller scale grocery store. Has all essentials plus plus plus. Prices are lowest for the 3 major grocery stores in the area.

Easy to walk if you live in or are visiting bucerias. They have just about everything we need! Love the alcohol sales too!

Love this store! Its big, new and clean. I've found everything I need there. The elevator entrance was strange to me at first, but it makes total sense now. I like being able to park under the store. We get all kinds of supplies here. I even found my Dia De los Muertos Barbie here a couple of years ago!

Surprisingly good despite the bad looks. A lot of quality imported products and fruits. Prices are lower than anywhere else around. However the meat is really subpar.

Muy buenos precios maneja la tienda, a lo menos en frutas y verduras los días martes, me gusta mucho, si la recomiendo.

Es una sucursal pequeña pero con buen surtido, lo que veo como área de oportunidad sería las pocas personas que hay para consultar sobre productos.

Many popular brands, great bakery and good selection of meats. There is an electronic department and even furniture. Prices are better than the mega or sorianna stores. Wish it was open later than 10pm. Open 24 hrs.would be best. 3-4 different ATM from top banks.

Seems to be a hit and miss superstore. Sometimes they have what you want other times they don't. Didn't have WD-40 today.

They are significantly less expensive than Mega and La Comer and living here a few blocks from Chedraui has been great, convenient, very nice staff, and quick at the checkout. I miss them when I go back to my other home in Evergreen, Colorado for the summer and I speak very little Spanish, well I think I am speaking Spanish to them, they look confused, they figure it out and say the exact thing back to meI better learn to roll my R's or something. If you are looking for something from the United States La Comer is the way to go but prepare to pay the price for it. The escalator is cool. Chedraui definitely has its good produce days but if you're looking for a really good produce Mega and La Comer is where you should go. Booze, wine or alcohol has the best collection definitely at Chedraui and their bakery is much much better than the others.
