Me gusto demasiado es al lugar donde volvería ir enserió esta muy acogedor, tienen una excelente vista y su servicio es muy atento sus bebidas son otra onda.
Su habitación son uy comodad y te hacen pasar unas noches maravillosas

En general, un informe impresionante. Hermoso lugar. Servicio increíble, buena comida y ubicación. Te sientes mimado durante todo el proceso. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta.

Positivos:
- Nuestro conserje personal Mario fue increíble. Simplemente le dices lo que necesitas por WhatsApp y mágicamente sucede.
- El restaurante Frida es algo que debes probar.
- El servicio en casi todas partes es de primera categoría.
- Todo incluido no se queda atrás en calidad. Incluye ofertas premium, cabaña, etc. Literalmente no gastas en nada durante la estadía.
- Algo pequeño, pero la lavandería fue rápida y económica. Resulta útil cuando su hijo necesita dos cambios de traje de baño todos los días. Generalmente no sientes ninguna venta adicional en el resort.
- Aquí no se presiona el tiempo compartido.

Puede ser mejor:
- El servicio puede ser lento alrededor de la piscina y en algunos restaurantes.
- el restaurante asiático fue decepcionante
- Tuve una extraña experiencia de limpieza el primer día. La habitación estaba medio "hecha", las pantuflas en la cama, las toallas no recogidas, el minibar no lleno y los artículos de limpieza dejados en la habitación. No lo repetí, así que puedo dejarlo como único.
- No hay mucho que hacer en la zona. Tal vez Sayulita y el centro de la ciudad por un par de días, pero en realidad estás aquí para un resort y puede volverse aburrido después de 3 o 4 días. Planifique en consecuencia

No soy alguien que escriba reseñas con frecuencia, pero después de pasar cinco noches extraordinarias en Grand Vellas Resort en Puerto Vallarta, me siento obligado a compartir mi extraordinaria experiencia.

Desde el momento en que entramos a nuestra habitación de hotel, fuimos recibidos con una colección de obsequios cuidadosamente seleccionados para nuestro bebé. Estos obsequios fueron un testimonio de la naturaleza atenta del personal, que claramente había tomado nota de nuestras comunicaciones anteriores. Nuestro conserje personal, Mario, resultó ser excepcional. Atendió cada solicitud con sumo cuidado, ya fuera programando citas, organizando comida especializada para bebés en la suite o asegurándose de que tuviéramos suficiente protector solar a mano.

Viajar con restricciones dietéticas específicas (vegetariana, sin azúcar y comida para bebés personalizada) a veces puede ser un desafío, pero no en Grand Vellas. Los chefs y el equipo de servicio hicieron todo lo posible para garantizar que nuestras necesidades no solo fueran satisfechas sino superadas. Cada comida se sintió como una experiencia cuidadosamente elaborada y personalizada según nuestras preferencias.

A pesar del impresionante tamaño del complejo, hay una sensación palpable de cuidado familiar en cada rincón. Es como si cada aspecto de este establecimiento hubiera sido tocado personalmente por quienes lo dirigen.

La experiencia del spa fue nada menos que sublime. Es, con diferencia, el mejor que he conocido. Además, lo más destacado fue la clase aérea en el gimnasio. Los instructores y entrenadores personales mostraron un nivel de experiencia y aliento que realmente se destacó.

Cuando el huracán Lidia azotó inesperadamente, la respuesta del equipo fue nada menos que notable. Garantizaron la seguridad de todos los invitados y brindaron una presencia tranquilizadora durante una situación potencialmente estresante. Incluso con el caos exterior, nos sentimos seguros y bien cuidados dentro de los muros del complejo.

Además, cuando surgió un pequeño problema en nuestra habitación, la respuesta del equipo de mantenimiento fue increíblemente rápida. A los pocos minutos de avisarles, estaban en nuestra puerta, resolviendo eficientemente el asunto con profesionalismo y cortesía.

Cada miembro del personal, desde los botones hasta el equipo del servicio de habitaciones en la suite, demostró un nivel de servicio excepcional. Su calidez y dedicación realmente distinguen a Grand Vellas Resort.

En resumen, nuestra estancia en Grand Vellas Resort fue mágica. El nivel de atención personalizada y atención al detalle es incomparable. No puedo recomendar este complejo lo suficiente, especialmente para aquellos que buscan una escapada verdaderamente especial e inolvidable.

Excelente lugar, sus habitaciones muy limpias, personal atento y muy respetuoso amenidades uncluidas para toda la familia y buffet todo incluido super variado, definitivamente el mejor lugar para vacacionar

Nos alojamos por una semana del 1 al 8 de octubre. El personal, la comida y la propiedad son increíbles. Sin embargo, en las habitaciones se percibe un olor a moho muy característico. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación durante nuestra estancia. No estoy seguro de qué se puede hacer para solucionar este problema, pero es importante.

GV Riviera Nayarit es un lugar muy especial con el mejor servicio al cliente y experiencia gastronómica que uno podría pedir en un Todo Incluido.

NOS ENCANTO QUE TODA LA FAMILIA PODÍA ESTAR JUNTA, NO SE NOS DESPARRAMABAN PORQUE TODO ES CONCENTRICO

Qué maravilloso complejo. Estuvimos aquí para nuestra luna de miel hace 19 años y no podríamos estar más felices de estar de regreso. Las instalaciones son de primera clase, extremadamente limpias y ordenadas. Al personal parece realmente importarle que esté satisfecho y se destaque en ello. ¡Lo recomiendo de todo corazón!

My husband and I stayed here (in the wellness suite) for a week during the COVID pandemic in October. I’ll list some pros and cons to this resort.

Cons:
1) The room was not clean when we arrived. There were crumbs on the entry way floor when we checked in. I reported it as soon as we checked in and cleaning crew cleaned it up right away. But honestly, for a 5 star resort this shouldn’t happen, esp crumbs in the wide open
2) There was this fish I requested everyday while I was there, and was only able to enjoy it once. Staff said it was near impossible to get.
3) one night the water in our sink/shower made some noise and spewed out brownish water. I reported that as well to the front desk but it never happened again.

Pros:
1) Service by Jose by the pool was amazing. He really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of (minus the fish I asked for everyday)
2) resort is beautiful. The ocean water is swimmable but we rarely left the infinity pool bc it was so nice!
3) food was very good (esp for an all inclusive)! I probably gained 5 lbs by the end of the trip

Overall, we had a great time and ate very well. For a 5 star resort, I expected a bit better.
We are planning to go to their Los Cabo location in January to see if it’s any better.
I would recommend coming here though!

Un lugar hermoso, el personal muy amable y servicial, excelentes alimentos, servicio eficiente.

We stayed at the Grand Velas from Nov 28th to Dec 6th. This was my second time.

The property has ALWAYS been clean and well maintained. This includes the landscaping, the bathrooms, the beach area, the deck and the pool. There is a peacock that roams the grounds - you'll also spot some iguanas.

We stayed in the ambassador suite this time, but last time I was in a "regular" master suite. They offered to upgrade us from the wellness. I will say, that both rooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. This resort makes you feel like you're immersed in luxury, regardless of the suite you have. Both views were ocean front, and obviously the ambassador suite had a better view (a full frontal view of the ocean).

The food is amazing, and there are lots of options in case you're wanting something different.

The service is exceptional - pandemic or not, I have always felt well taken care of here. All the staff are so pleasant and have always made me feel so welcome, and at home.

We definitely felt safe travelling during COVID as well. All the staff had on masks and face shields, and were respectful of our space.

I will continue to return here, and recommend it to family, friends and coworkers!

Special shout out to Nadia and Hugo, who took care of us by the pool. They were amazing and we miss them!

The staff in the restaurants are also exceptional - Cesar, Oscar, and Carlos (i wish I had their last names).

We miss it here, and CAN'T WAIT to go back!

Don’t spend your money in this hotel during the pandemic. Sadly the only thing that is no rip off is the SPA.
I’m a local. I have stayed twice this month giving specific needs and:
The food had gluten.
The rooms were not cleaned.
The bedsheet had blood spots.
My assistant AND MY MOM were discriminated.

All clients that I have met in reception complains about the same.

Right now I just got charged IN FULL by the reception manager Guadalupe for a room that didn’t have warm water. The door to the Terrance didn’t open and the shades didn’t close!
She questioned if I had told them about my gluten allergies! It’s even in their system!

I even texted the GM through LinkedIn and she didn’t even pick up.

Going straight to PROFECO. NO WONDER THEY ARE AT 20% occupancy where the other hotels are at full permitted capacity.

DONT WASTE YOUR LONEY AND GO TO ST REGIS!

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience at this beautiful property for our honeymoon. Our room was immaculately clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was wonderful. We enjoyed all four of the restaurants for dinner (Sen Lin & Frida were our favorites). We thoroughly enjoyed the in suite menu, the poolside food, and the wine and cocktails, as well.

By far though, the best part about Grand Velas was the service from the wonderful staff. Mario and Mitzi were rockstars! SO attentive and gracious during poolside service. They were a blast to be around and we truly looked forward to seeing them every day. When choosing your seat at the pool, sit in Mario & Mitzi's section.you will be so glad you did.

Daniela and Maria were our personal concierges and they took excellent care of us, always checking in to see if there was anything else we needed. Daniela even went out to buy us snorkeling equipment for an excursion so we didn't have to leave the resort. Our waiter several nights was Celso. He was an excellent server and made several delicious recommendations for dishes we loved. Carlos, who set up our in suite breakfast several mornings, was extremely personable and a delightful guy to talk to first thing in the morning. As a former hospitality professional, I could not be more impressed with the staff at this property. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming, kind, and knowledgable.

Activities: We didn't want to do a lot outside the resort due to COVID, but we did go snorkeling on a private boat at the hidden beach at Marieta Islands. This activity was set up by Brenda who was extremely helpful before our arrival and all during the excursion. The guides she arranged were very professional and fun and the tour was awesome. We LOVED that Brenda stayed with us the entire time. It made us feel very secure that she was there to handle everything, especially since we do not speak Spanish.

We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous property with fantastic service and food. Truly a fabulous experience in all ways. Great for romance or with kids. They take care of your every need. Great pool, great beach, great food and a perfect atmosphere for a vacation.

A Mexican Paradise. Food in all restaurants was fabulous as was the service. Great beach, terrific gym, beautiful grounds.and lots of activities
for both young and old. Most importantly, the employees throughout the property were most friendly, hospitable and helpful. We have been there twice and will certainly return in the future

Great experience, a smaller resort compared to those in Cancun, but very welcoming, and accommodating.
