El lugar es muy grande y bonito, solo que la parte de están las habitaciones con vista al mar, parte de snacks y elevador les falta mucha limpieza. Entiendo que por lo grande que es, pero deberían de tener más personal. Me gustó mucho la atención, la playa muy bonita también.

Stayed here in October 2018 and this is categorically the best resort I have ever been to in my life.

The property and buildings are very well kept and staff are very professional and helpful with anything you require at all. I felt very safe leaving belongings in my hotel room. The food is absolutely amazing and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Room service was awesome and came on time even in the middle of the night.

The cigar lounge has a very, very impressive selection of cigars for the discerning aficionado. Keep in mind they are obviously at an additional charge but I was never overcharged for anything during my stay here.

The bedrooms were very clean and housekeeping did a very good job keeping on top of the maintenance of rooms and common areas.

The swim up bars in the pool were pretty big and bar tenders did a great job managing everyones drinks even when it was buy.

Easily rate this place 5/5 would definitely go again.

So far so good! Day 1 & we are having a fabulous time at this beautiful resort. Try the Angry Monkey.it's coffee/rum/banana goodness! Check in was easy, room is beautiful;, AmSTAR for transport was easy even though they messed up our booking.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The loyalty program reps can be a little aggressive but the food is amazing and the variety is fantastic!

El trato de los empleados es muy bueno, y el lugar también es muy bueno, lo único que le falta es un atm de pesos.

Si hubiera - 1 se los pongo, la atención es terrible, la limpieza de los cuartos tmb mal huelen mucho a humedad, me dieron un cuarto diferente al que pagué, al cuarto que me cambiaron no le funcionaba la luz y tardaron más de 1 hr en componerla. Me queje y no vi mucho interés en el encargado, después fui a cenar a un restaurant de los que tiene, el steak house y la carne dura la única pasable fue la arrachera. Terrible terrible hotel, no es merecedor de llamarse 5 estrellas.

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly, the food and drinks are great. I would definitely stay here again

This was a terrible place to bring a toddler I did not relax the whole time here service was terrible they have construction next door and the food got me sick the all you can eat had the same thing every day nothing new would not recommend to any one with kids.

Iberostar Playa Mita is a great family resort, as well as a place for groups. There are many activities, such as volleyball, water aerobics, etc. The best part is that we never had a problem finding a chair around the pool. They also had an evening show, a disco and a lounge with music. The only drawback is they are one hour away from Puerto Vallarta. Plan to go to Sayulita or do an activity - plenty of options.

Excelente Hotel Todo incluido. La atención del personal es muy amable. Los restaurantes están muy bien decorados. Tienen un restaurante decorado como vagón de tren. Cuenta con Disco y salón de eventos.

Las instalaciones bien en general, le falta mucho mantenimiento a la alberca las juntas de los azules están llenas de moho hay mucha suciedad flotante, la comida podría estar mucho mejor

First I would like to congratulate the great Chef Luiz Valente for the excellent service, the man himself is wonderful I was very well received and I will certainly return on my next vacation, I recommend the Iberostar to all my friends who go to Mexico

Everyone is helpful, everywhere is clean, food is great. Sayulita and puerto vallarta are very close by. Only dos equis for beer (Amber ale and lager) do bring your own if that's inadequate

Não queria mais voltar para casa, hostel super renomado, luxuoso, nada a desejar.
O chef Luiz Carlos com seus pratos incríveis, melhor parte da viagem foi apreciar sua deliciosa comida.
