I feel cheated. The SAUNA in this photo is only for 3 people and there were 3 of us, so we had to hurry because people were waiting, that is not relaxing. The locker room extremely tiny, we had to cram all of our belongings into one, until one became available. Also, being a woman-very uncomfortable since there is no changing room, you have to change clothes in the tiny locker room and when the door opens anyone, yes male clients can look in. NO PRIVACY. The outside jacuzzi- when I called in I specifically asked for a HOT and COLD and NO! It was a warm and hot. Also as you can see there are windows behind us, No privacy again NOT WORTH $185.00 U. S DOLLARS
The massage so basic, we were terribly DISSATISFIED! Disappointed!

Had my wallet stolen from the locker during my massage. Management would not take responsability at all. The massage itself was ok but definitely overpriced. Wont go back.
