The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort

Sinceramente una de las mejores experiencias en un hotel de mi vida. Vine aquí para mi luna de miel hace dos años mientras se estaban realizando renovaciones. Sigue siendo una experiencia increíble entonces. Sin embargo, las renovaciones han actualizado las habitaciones maravillosamente y el servicio es impecable. Desde la recepción hasta cada miembro del personal que tiene una sonrisa amistosa. Simplemente se sienta en una de las playas y áreas más hermosas de los alrededores.

He tenido una experiencia excepcional en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con un cálido y amable personal que se esforzó por hacer que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cómodas, con todas las comodidades que uno pueda necesitar. El servicio de habitaciones fue rápido y eficiente, y la comida del restaurante del hotel era deliciosa. Además, las instalaciones del hotel, como la piscina y el gimnasio, estaban bien mantenidas y accesibles. Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de primera clase.

Mi estancia ha sido de las mejores, las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas, hermosas y muy bien en cuanto a la distribucion de los espacios, el servicio y la atención de10. Sin duda regresaré muy pronto.
Es una excelente elección para venir, si te encanta estar en medio de la naturaleza.

Fueron unas vacaciones increíbles. Justo en nuestra playa había un suave oleaje. ¡El instructor de surf fue increíble e incluso remó conmigo el resto de mi viaje después de mi primera lección! Manuelo nos cuidó como nuestro camarero en la playa todos los días y se aseguró de darles a nuestros niños lo que necesitaban (agua helada, batidos, comidas para niños). El servicio de cobertura fue atendido para nuestros niños la primera noche, el mayordomo y el personal prepararon unicornios de chocolate y caballos personalizados para los niños. Hay una clase de cocina para niños todos los días y una variedad de actividades divertidas (yoga, baño de sonido, clases de cócteles). El personal fue excelente y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar cuando llevaba una tabla de surf de un lado a otro o con cualquier cosa. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo para familias y parejas!

My partner and I decided to go to Punta Mita for a relaxing vacation during December 2022, we did our homework and decided to choose St. Regis Punta Mita, not only for their great location but also because is the prettiest property among their neighbors. To be fair, it was not the smoothest experience, mainly because of some deficiencies with the butlers and the AC at our amazing suite. However, from the beginning, the Director of guest relations Reyna Lazaro, was listening to our challenges and was hands on to solve all our issues. I truly believe that she is the jewel of the crown at St. Regis Punta Mita. Special appreciation to all employees that made out stay unforgettable such as: Felipe at Altamira cantina gourmet, Susana from butler services and Carmen Rodriguez. Until next time Punta Mita

Our group did a day-use of the beach and restaurant. Beautiful view. Completely relaxing and comfortable. Delicious drinks and appetizers. Must see.

I dined with friends in the award winning Carolina Restaurant on December 26. I was the only one to order the New Zealand lamb. Within an hour of returning to my apartment, I was violently ill -vomiting and diarrhea.
In the six years I’ve wintered in Puerto Vallarta, I’ve not had issues with the food or water.

I’m absolutely shocked that a hotel that promotes itself as 5* with restaurant awards, cannot appropriately handle their food, or serve lamb that is contaminated. A very poor show.

Follow up and response to The St Regis response below:
For your information, I called the hotel on the Wednesday and finally after a 15 minute runaround, I spoke to the Receptionist for the Food and Beverage Manager. I told her about the situation and left my cell number so that the F&B Manager could call me back. To date, I have not had a call back.

Your apology, while timely and appropriate, still leaves me concerned about the care and due diligence of the staff on site at the St Regis Punta Mita, with regards to this situation. I’m a Bonvoy Platinum member and have been involved in the hotel industry for many years.

Habitación remodelada perfecta, muy buena comida (opción sin gluten), playa increíble (pocas puedras) atención/ servicio inmejorable, detalles (loción bloqueador, rastrillo para afeitar, recomendacion en actividade.) perfectos.

If you are planning on travelling to Punta Mita for a relaxing, private getaway experience, this is the place to be! The property is gorgeous and the accommodation was comfortable (especially the bed and definitely loved the outdoor shower). We also loved the fresh, delicious food and refreshing cocktails and mocktails!

There are many options that provide a beautiful beach and view of the sunset but what made our stay at St. Regis so special and unforgettable was the incredible staff! Everyone from the reservation desk and concierge to the housekeeping who prepared our room each evening was so attentive and played a part in making our experience as accommodating and as welcoming as possible. Upon our return home, we could not stop talking about the staff at St. Regis Punta Mita. Special shout outs to:

Stayed here a few years back. The restaurant has the audacity to charge for cleaning of the table cloths at their restaurant. How cheap can you be?

Solo fui de visita, pero con el hecho de ver las instalaciones por fuera y parte del el entorno, me atrevo a decir que todo estará genial.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean.

We stayed at the adult pool mostly and it was very quiet and peaceful. The service there on the first day was non-existent (I had to call the front desk from my mobile to ask for service at the pool) but I believe this was a random slip up as the service was impeccable for the rest of our stay.

I thought the food at Carolina, while delicious, was way overpriced but we still enjoyed the experience.

Definitely try a coco-loco (or a few) at the pool. It is the best and most refreshing cocktail I've had poolside. They even cut the coconut up after you finish the beverage so you can eat it with some tajin!

We rented a golf cart and were able to go into town for some meals. It's beautiful to ride around Punta Mita and we found the restaurant MINA in town excellent. Definitely make a reservation and check it out.

I highly recommend this resort and hope to come back one day.

If I could give this hotel 10 STARS, I would. What an exceptional hotel and experience overall, you will have very little desire to leave during your stay. From the staff and their pure kindness, to the cleanliness, the views and lastly the FOOD. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. You will NOT regret it. Do yourself a favour, and add this place to your bucket list.

Our stay here was blissful in every way.
We had a champagne bottle and French patisserie as a welcome treat. Every night we were left with a selection of chocolates.
We booked a romantic dinner by the beach and it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL
I can’t recommend this place enough.
The spa is a dream! My masseuse, Vanessa, is an angel that worked miracles on my stressed back.

Also, at their Mita Mary beach restaurant we tried the most delicious ceviche and aguachile we have ever had (I am Mexican and a chef, I know my food).

A truly remarkable stay.

We have been so impressed by the St Regis Punta Mita especially by the service. The team on property delivered the best service we experienced in years. Everyone was doing the extra mile and working as a team. Sometimes in a hotel or a resort you can have a few great persons but here it is simply everyone.
There is a special mention for Las Marietas team: Eduardo, Humberto, Jesus, Jose, Pablo, Jesus, Daniel and Oscar as well as the chef Borre. In many restaurants, we can do anything you want is just a nice way of speaking but at Las Marietas it is a reality. And their food is delicious (and very well priced for a luxury resort like the St Regis).
The manager and the team at Mita Mary were also amazing.

The kids club team organized activities outdoor on the beach, it was so nice, the kids loved it. They really made sure that the kids bonded and played together even outside of the activities times.

The resort is beautiful. You can even see whales from the beach. The beach is very big and you feel alone even if the resort is full. There is a lot of space for everyone.
The rooms are spacious, loved the outdoor shower and the bathtube (getting full very quickly).
The ocean front rooms are a must.

We stayed 4 nights but it was too short! So we will come back.
