Roberta and Tirza and their staff provide top-notch service. They are professional, yet friendly and welcoming. And they are very resourceful, especially Roberto. He is able to assist with any of your needs, or able to contact people who can provide the service. They go above and beyond to ensure your property is looked after and your stay is trouble-free. Recently Roberto helped me out when my purse was stolen at a restaurant. Everything was in there - credit cards, cash, driver's license, and keys to my home! Roberto came to the rescue, even though it was New Year's Eve! I feel my property is safe when I am not there. I trust Roberto and his team, and would highly recommend their services!

Roberto was very responsive and professional managing our condo. We trusted his advice and attention to our property. Living abroad we need someone to trust. He was that person.

My girlfriend (now fiance!) and I booked a trip to Puerto Vallarta with Roberto as the property manager for the unit we stayed in. I cannot explain ENOUGH how utterly fantastic Roberto was from start to finish. He is extremely prompt, responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond for his tenants. On the last day of our trip, my fiance and I were checked out of the unit and at the airport when I realized I left my car keys and apartment keys in the room. We were panicking as we did not have enough time to taxi there and back before our flight. I called Roberto, and he not only found my keys immediately but he offered to drive my keys himself to me at the airport. He literally saved the day and we are EXTREMELY grateful for his kindness. You will not regret working with Roberto!

This was a last minute booking since my original one cancelled at the last minute. I reached out to ask if the place was still available and Roberto replied immediately that it was. Going down the mountains with spotty signal and a torrential downpour was hard to complete the booking, but Roberto was super friendly and patient and helped me expedite the process.

When we arrived at the condo, the person at the gate already had our names down and showed us where to park. Up the elevator and only a few steps to the door, the condo blew us away the moment we stepped in by how amazing and stunning it was. Everything was clean, spotless, and immaculate, and was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The view was simply breathtaking; the large balcony overlooked the property's multiple pools as well as the beaches' crashing waves. Each room had it's own modern AC unit to beat the Vallarta humidity, making each night's sleep a relaxing affair.

The entire process from checking in to checking out was smooth and effortless, all thanks to Roberto and his graceful hospitality. Next time you're in Vallarta, do yourself a favor and book with him and his wife, you will not be disappointed.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de Roberto. Todas nuestras inquietudes fueron atendidas a la brevedad. El departamento que rentamos estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. Las instalaciones y acceso a la playa muy amplias. Tuvimos unas vacaciones muy buenas. Regresaremos en nuestra próxima visita!
