Excelente lugar para ir en familia o pareja. Hotel excelente para descansar. Los desayunos son muy buenos. Quedé encantado con el omelette de camarón.

Excelente Hotel, Lo Recomiendo al 100%. Muy Buen Servicio, todo el Personal es muy Atento, Lindas Habitaciones, La comida excelente, solo en la playa hay muchas piedras.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones muy buenas y prácticamente nuevas y amplias todas con vista al mar, buena comida y buen ambiente, el único tema es la playa, muy sucia y poco cuidada.

Excelente hotel, la villa deluxe de 3 habitaciones es la mejor. La Alberca con agua templada y limpia, solo la playa con algo de piedras, pero todo lo demás excelente.

Nos encanta este lugar. El personal es muy hospitalario. Hacen que sea difícil querer salir a cualquier parte. El personal del bar de la piscina es increíble. Las habitaciones necesitan una gran renovación, pero funcionan para nuestra familia y el precio es razonable. La limpieza de la habitación necesita ayuda (limpiar los pisos, toallas nuevas, hacer las camas es bueno, pero sábanas nuevas al menos una vez también sería bueno y limpiar la estufa o los mostradores de la cocina sería bueno, pero son amigables, solo se necesitan ajustes de política).). A los niños les encanta la piscina y la playa. Caminata larga hasta la ciudad, pero factible. Nos encanta y volveremos. Esta fue nuestra segunda vez. El wifi no funcionaba en las habitaciones, pero iba genial junto a la piscina.

Excelentes para visitar en familia, muy amplias y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. El personal amable, algúnas en remodelación pero nada de que preocuparse.

Desde que llegas te reciben muy bien todo el personal muy amable, muy limpio, tranquilo y seguro. El mar super tranquilo y el restaurante muy bien. Un lugar que definitivamente recomiento y seguramente regresaré.

Muy amable el personal de recepción, los dias que fuimos tenian un problema con la alberca pero nos dieron solución dandonos un pase a la alberca de un hotel a dos cuadras. Las nuevas suites estan excelente, entre semana los cocteles estan al 2x1 a ciertas horas, la comida muy rica y a precio accesible.

Todo exelente, la atención, la comida, el lugar, la playa, el clima TODO súper bien estancia del 11 al 13 diciembre PAO y Carlos en el bar y palapa exelente atención. Felicidades esperamos volver pronto desde Querétaro

We stayed here for about 1 week in November. We were assigned to a 2 bedroom suite with a fitted kitchen, living area and 3 bathrooms. For a family of 3 (including our baby) and for the price, this was more than spacious. The master bedroom had an ensuite bathroom with hot water and strong shower pressure. However the sink was clogged making it impossible to brush our teeth in there without waiting for the water to drain out. The suite was old, and the kitchen utensils were worn and rusty. The cutting knife was dull and there was no cutting board which would make it difficult if you like to cook. Im not sure what the new suites look like but the old suites could use some renovating and maintenance, as I am pretty sure they date back to the 70s and 80s. The hotel is on the beach but our suite was a little further back so it was quite hard to hear the ocean sounds.
Location wise: To be honest we did not mind the 20 minute walk into Bucerias as it allowed us to stretch our legs and get our daily exercise.
We tried a taco meal at the hotel restaurant on our first night and it left a lot to be desired. The beef tacos were horrendous, it seemed as if the beef had been sitting in the fridge for a long time before it made its way to our plates. The fish on the tacos was breaded and the freshness was doubtful. From then on we only ordered drinks. Bucerias town has much better food options. The staff were decent. The houskeeping staff were the friendliest in my opinion.
We enjoyed swimming in the calm ocean and going on beach walks.
We would stay again only if they renovate the entire hotel. We would like to stay in a new fresh unit too.

For the first time we decided to not do all inclusive, after research and reviews priced this one, spent a week in early November, staff is exceptional, front desk staff was very helpful, bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Highly recoment this resort. Beach is a little rocky so water shoes made life easier. But beach was clean and quiet, will be retuning

Hicimos la reservación en línea, pagamos y llegando al hotel dijeron que había un cargo extra de impuestos (no solo los que ya había pagado) que estaba en letras chiquitas sin que lo manifestaran en el total. Engañosos en sus cobros cuidado!

El hotel tiene amplias suites con todos los servicios. El personal muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones muy limpias y las áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas

Muy cómodo, muy limpio, muy buena atención al uesped, la comida del restaurante muy rica, la alberca muy muy a gusto y la playa muy limpia muy buena experiencia

Wow. We'll be back! Good food, excellent, really friendly people! Bar has no extravagant drinks, but what they do, they do well! Paulette, Carlos and Jose are great host. Big, clean condos. Although we had some little issues with a tv not working, they took care fast and were really apologetic. I mean, we are on vacation.tv was not a necessity.but they took care of everything.did I mention we are coming back? Next year, baby! (God willing, of course)

He ido varias veces muy conforme y la última vez fue distinto. No respetaron el costo anterior, no tenía registrada la reserva ya hecha y la recepcionista fue muy descortes con nosotros.

Todo el personal es muy amable y atienden todas tus dudas, la comida muy rica y bien servida, la alberca muy agradable y de buena profundidad, muy tranquilo ideal para relajarse un fin de semana, las suites muy modernas y super espaciosas, en general los mejores bungalows de todo Bucerías!

Loved everything about this hotel! The location on the peaceful end of the beach and views of the ocean from every suite is amazing. It has a feeling of tranquility and the grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool and pool bar make it comfortable to just hang out, have an occasional snack, walk on the beach lounge in any of the many different areas with lounges. The little restaurant right in front of the beach offers a light, healthy, delicious breakfast and fresh fruit that we enjoyed every day we were there.
We had a suite right next to the pool, with a balcony that we enjoyed often. It was never intrusive being there and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are amazing as are all the staff and we will definitely stay there again.
