Nuestro grupo de cuatro reservó el El Celio Snorkel con Cancun Adventures a través de nuestra línea de cruceros, ¡y no nos decepcionó! Diego fue un guía de buceo increíble, ¡y el capitán de nuestro bote nos dio un excelente paseo por la isla hasta 3 lugares diferentes para hacer snorkel! ¡La comida que nos sirvieron era fresca y absolutamente deliciosa! ¡No podría haber pedido una mejor experiencia y equipo! ¡Gracias por una increíble lista de deseos, marca la aventura!

Mi familia y yo hicimos el safari marítimo en Cozumel e hicimos que Hugo y April dirigieran el recorrido y tomaran fotografías, ¡y fueron geniales! ¡Mi papá es un nadador un poco débil y Hugo se quedó con mi papá y se aferraron a un salvavidas durante todo el evento! ¡Estaba tan feliz con esta experiencia! ¡Las fotografías que April pudo obtener son impresionantes! El safari marino en sí fue muy bonito y vimos muchos peces y corales.

Nuestra primera vez en México y viaje de un día con Cancún Adventures fue Tulum Yalku plus (ruinas mayas, cenote y laguna). Experiencia de gran valor y la recomiendo encarecidamente. Nuestro conductor Cris y el guía Lukas fueron profesionales, conocedores y corteses. El comienzo temprano planeado dio sus frutos en todo momento, ya que siempre estábamos por delante de las multitudes y regresábamos para cenar temprano en el hotel. Gracias de nuevo

Hicimos un viaje en barco a Islas Mujeres y Diego fue nuestro capitán. ¡Fue una experiencia maravillosa y animaría a mis amigos a probarlos la próxima vez que estén en Cancún!

Hicimos el recorrido a Tulum y luego buceamos en el cenote y la laguna. Hubiera sido bueno si nos hubieran permitido llevar una cámara al cenote en lugar de que un fotógrafo nos tomara una foto. El lugar al que nos llevaron a almorzar estaba delicioso. Fue una gran experiencia.

I’d give this 0 stars if possible. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t show up to pick up our group, we spent an hour on the phone to get a refund only to be told we could have a credit.
Do not spend your money with this company.

Smooth sailing included great drinks and lunch. Provided by awesome captain and crew. Must add this experience while in Cancun.

Did a catamaran tour with snorkelling through Cancun Adventures. The snorkelling and lunch were great. We were supposed to be on a beach with paddle boarding after snorkelling, instead we toured a canal with luxury houses and then went back to the marina. Jerry, and the crew were great. I was just disappointed in the last half of the cruise.

Such a fun time with a great crew! Amet & his team were so fun, nice and consistently making sure we were all having fun! Food was great.drinks flowing and music constant! Beautiful sites and weather!

Feb. 26.2020 - First of all let me say that the staff was friendly and courteous. The boat was nice, lunch/snack was great, drinks were also excellent. Now for the cons. We had been watching the wind forecast before booking our trip (half day luxury sailing/snorkling) knowing that if the Reef we were going to snorkle at was right along the Riviera Maya an East wind blowing right on shore would make it impossible to snorkle. Needless to say we woke up this morning to crazy rollers coming into the beach at our resort (not what was predicted) and we figured no way we were going snorkling let alone sailing. We came out of the marina into 10 to 15 ft swells but still proceeded to run 45 minutes to the reef which was a waste of time because we got there and just turned around, but not before my fiance and many other people were seasick due to the conditions. We instantly turned around at the Reef and headed back to the lagoon, no snorkling. I knew this before we left the question is why did the Capitan and crew put everyone through that when the wind was blowing onto the beach. Forget the fact we didn't get to snorkle I understand the conditions can be unfavorable and unpredictable but just take us to the lagoon then. Or cancel the trip all together. It felt like they knew we werent going to snorkle but carried on anyway and then acted surprised when we got to the reef and couldnt snorkle. In my opinion they should have cancelled because they knew how rough it was. They wanted us to sign saying we agreed to change of itinerary but we refused and said obviously you knew we couldn't snorkle but didn't want to cancel the tour. I actually don't mind rough water as I am an avid boater and do not get seasick but did not enjoy watching my fiance heeled over throwing up along with many other guests. Bottom line, if it's rough as f&$k don't take people out there on an hour and a half ride for nothing, we all would have been ok just going to the lagoon for the morning. Understand they cannot control the weather but they can control where the boat goes, and if one more person tells me they had to "check" the conditions at the reef by going all the way there I'm going to change this to one star. I don't live here but knew with one look at the ocean there was no way we could snorkle, and for most people that the boat ride would not be enjoyable.

Took 2 tours with them. The first was Tulum, snorkeling the cenotes and snorkeling an inlet. While the activities were very enjoyable there was way too much time after these and lunch on the beach. Several of us had lowered blood sugar levels and the snacks provided were not enough. One person actually got violently vomitted on the way to lunch (which was after 3: 00pm after being physically active all day). Also, the tour guide did not allow time for people to use the bathrooms nor told us how long the drives would be between sites.

The 2nd tour was the catamaran trip with snorkeling the reef and swimming/paddleboarding in a lagoon. This excursion was glorious! Wonderful homemade food, fun atmosphere, knowledgeable crew. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I signed up for a snorkeling tour. The agent at our hotel, called the the tour office to make sure everything was a go before taking to bus to meet the catamaran. When we got to the tour office, we signed a waver and was directed to sit and wait for our boat. After a 30 minute wait a person from the crew came out and said the ocean was to choppy to snorkel but they could bring us to a lagoon instead. Otherwise we could bus back to the hotel and waste more of the day in the bus. So we decided ok we would go for the boat ride and then to the lagoon. Already disappointed and feeling mislead due to the fact that they knew before we got there that snorkeling at the reel was not an option at all. Later on we found out that this had been going on for a week or so and not telling tourists that there was no chance of going to the reef. So we got on the boat and headed out of the marina and into the ocean. It quickly became apparent that the ocean was extremely rough and very unpleasant to boat in. One of the other passengers ended up falling and dislocated his shoulder during the trip. As it went on it became obvious that we were just going around in circles in this aggressive chop. I used my Garmin GPS watch to verify. After some time of touring around in circles we headed back towards the marina were we started and went to a lagoon/wave break about a 100 yards from the marina. At this point my girlfriend and I were quite upset and felt very deceived. One lady on the boat was attempting to swim to shore just to be done with the tour and cab back to her hotel, which was laughable but I did feel the same way. I do not recommend this tour company. I found them quite sneaky in the way they do business and wasted our precious time on vacation.

Had a cenote and snorkeling tour with Jaime. He was beyond amazing! Taught us all kinds of interesting history, super nice guy.

Took the Elite Champagne Catamarran Sail, booked through Princess. Great crew, 2 snorkeling sites, had to wear a flotation belt at the first site d/t being a protected area.nice lunch and open bar. Thanks Hugo, Shelley, Jorge, Ismuel, Efren, Murio, Julia!

I highly recommend these guys) the 3 experiences were magical to say the least. Angel to Isla Mujeres, Mike to Coba and then snorkeling and Liliana for the lagoon and then Xenote; were so knowledgeable and kind to every single one of the participants. My husband and I thank you) Keep up the good work, we will come back for more, with the grandchildren.

I took four excursions with three different tour guides and had and amazing experience with each of them. Alex, Max, and Jorge were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience so enjoyable. Their English was great and they answered my many questions. The lunches were delicious and in lovely surroundings. We were supplied with umbrellas for shade, as much water as we could take, and icy towels on departure. I will definitely use the adventure company again!

Signed up for two half day tours of Chichen Itza and Tulum. Called to confirm and was given a time to be in the lobby of my hotel for pickup. The representative on the phone told me 6: 50 when it was actually 6: 30, so I missed one of my two tours and did not have an extra day to make it up. I received a call from the tour group at 6: 40 telling me they were waiting for me. I ran to the lobby in under 3 minutes but they were already gone. Just wasted my money and time. Confirm the pickup time multiple times with multiple people, hopefully that can help avoid such mistakes with incorrect information given by the company.

Our trip to Mexico was wonderful, but our excursion to Chichen Itza was magical. Our tour guide, Jorge Martinez, was incredible! He was full of knowledge about the Mayans and Chichen Itza. Even though there is so much information to cover, he focused on the most important history that was specific to Chichen Itza without adding a lot of the superfluous details and tangents that thAt many tour guides go off on. Chichen Itza is an incredible civilization that shows the rich history of the Mayans and their incredibly advanced civilization. Thank you Jorge and Cancun Adventures for making our trip so wonderful!

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND! Our experience with this company was beyond horrendous! Booked Tulum tour for 9 of us for Thursday after our arrival in Cancun. As per the our voucher instructions we attempted to contact the company to confirm our already paid for reservations using the numbers listed We could not get through. Three of us tried numerous times! Even our hotel concierge tried and spent 20 minutes on hold until giving up. Concierge suggested we come to the hotel lobby at 8am to speak with the onsite excursions representative in case transportation did not come for us. And no transportation came for us. At that point, I personally contacted this company and explained our situation. They offered to move our reservation to the following day or provide a refund. We opted to go the following day because we really wanted to see the ruins and we’re excited about the excursion. I provided the representative on the phone ALL of our reservation ID numbers to have our entire group moved to the new time. She confirmed with me that all of us had been moved and that transportation would be in the lobby by 6: 50am for pick up. I confirmed that all 9 of us had have our vouchers changed and she confirmed. (Btw, all this was done in Spanish.by me -native speaker - to limit any confusion or misunderstanding!) since the representative was Spanish-speaking.

Next day we arrived promptly at the hotel lobby and proceeded outside for pick up. The driver stated he is only picking up four of us and that the others were not in his roster. He called his contact and then stated the others were confirmed but could not be picked up because he had other to pick up! He stated the rest of our party could wait another 5 hrs to be picked up! I asked to speak to his supervisor but He could not connect me with a supervisor so I contacted the company myself to rectify situation and was told that only four of us had been re-booked! Despite my explanation of our experience, the representative offered no apologies and wanted us to either split up and wait, change our trip date yet again or receive refund! Needless to say we opted for a refund since at this point we had NO CONFIDENCE in this company’s competence. I asked that we receive emails for each reservation ID number confirming the refund.

But the fiasco continued! To add insult to injury, we received the email asking to issue a refund which stated that we had not confirmed our paid reservations! Seriously! Wow! As of this date. 10 days later.we are all 9 waiting for our refunds!

Lesson learned! Never will I do business with this company! So beware!
