Un lugar muy agradable, privado cómodo, sin problemas, el estacionamiento era pequeño, aparte de eso, le daría cinco estrellas y definitivamente regresaremos.

It was easy to find and gave good instructions. Promised to bring a heater and extra blankets to our condo but never did.

Great service, the blender wasn't working and they send another one within 30 minutes, I was surprised that they came so quickly, they give you a WhatsApp number so you can have a quick reply on any concerns or problems

Great customer service always informative. The rentals are always clean and great locations.

Excellent staff at Marina Pinacate and unit 419 was just redone and almost everything is new.

I rented a property from this company, everything was great they asked me to send a picture of my Drivers license which I did, I got my confirmation stating that I had rented the property, 2 weeks later I got a message that they were refunding me my money because they made a mistake and property I paid for was already taken by someone else, they forgot to take it down supposedly, that set me back I was unable to rent elsewhere because all other places had been rented out. When I told them that this mistake had costed me, they just replied with a “have a wonderful day”

We always use FMI Rentals when we are in town for vacation. They offer great service and all of the locations we stayed at were great for our price point. We are very happy with them and will use them again.

This is my second time we stayed in mexico through FMI rentals. Friendly staff. Hassle free reservation. Nice beach houses.

We have used FMI for 10 or more years and had great service. However, with the online apps of AIRBNB and others availability is less now.

We stayed in a beach front condo Fmi rentals at the marina picante two years ago and it was absolutely stunning with the ocean views and spacious rooms/ well kept/ wooden angel carvings. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms/ awesome beach access/ grill and kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking at the house/ laundry. It was adjacent/ short walk from salt water pool and hot tub/ atm/ stores. I forgot my make up case from the bathroom and they shipped it to us in Scottsdale Az!:) super honest awesome

Stayed at Azul Mariposa and had a wonderful time. Great place at great rates. I will look to stay there again for future vacations.

This facility is well maintained and the front desk staff, Jonathan in particular was friendly, helpful and knows the area well. We will definitely be coming back with the entire family.

We have rented from FMI Rentals a few times previously. Last week we stayed at Casa Amarilla, The property needs a lot of upgrading. Half of the window blinds were missing form the glass patio doors facing the front of the house, two burners on the stove were not working, one of the showers the drain was not working, The couch was missing one of the legs. The maintenance crew were very nice and helpful fixing what they could fix but the property owners need to upgrade the place if they want to keep renting it at the rate they rent it for. Casa Amarilla was a big disappointment.

We just visited Puerto Peñasco using a unit on FMI Rentals and the service was great.the facilities were very clean, very safe and the employees provided great service.we felt just like home.we loved that no loud music later than 10pm and it was very peaceful

Awesome Place to visit! Would love to go back. Worked with Pedro from FMI rentals on my reservations this summer and he made sure everything was taken care of before I even arrived. Great help and an even greater place to be!

We stayed at Marina Picante. We had a one bedroom. The view from the room was fantastic. The price was right and it was convenient to restuarants. The only down side was that although we had a great view of the beach to get to it was a hike. It was in September and too hot to hike! We absolutely loved the staff and I am going to get in touch with them for out vacation this year. They were great!
