SIEMPRE tenemos una gran experiencia en Las Gaviotas. Tuvimos una reunión familiar completa y alquilamos 4 condominios aquí por un GRAN precio. Los condominios no están a solo pasos de la playa. Literalmente. También tienen seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana y un patio hermoso y bien cuidado con piscina, spa, parrillas y muchas sillas y mesas para descansar. También hay una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar antes de regresar a su condominio. Lo unico bueno es que esta Cerca de la playa pero fuera de eso la gente te trata pesimo (osea los dueños que viven ahi), no te dejan disfrutar tus vacaciones en paz

We loved our room, super clean, stocked with anything we could need, staff was friendly and helpful, air conditioning was awesome. We already are planning our next trip

We had the best room. Clean place great service from the employees of casago, security was great and very helpful as well. Will definitely be returning to this awesome place

Buen lugar y hubicacion en cuanto a distancia a la ciudad.la playa es compartida con la playa publica, no es privada como la de los condominios grandes, pero esta bien

On the beach. Very beautiful homey condo. Very reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. We will be back.

This place is right in the heart of rocky point, the view is of playa bonita and just a few steps from the condo to the ocean. Place itself (my room) had cold ac plenty of outlets for your charging needs and clean place overall.

Amazing sunsets, Safe and secure parking and grounds.lots to do right in front of the condo or not. Lots of people watching. Place gets quiet around 10pm to include on the beach. Loved it here. Adriana was on top of everything, 1000% recomended!

The workers were very rude & kept looking into our windows with flashlights. Horrible invasion of privacy. The wifi did not work. Not worth it, i’d find somewhere else to stay.

I can’t believe how rude the staff was. I do not recommend you stay here! Not worth the price. Ruined the trip for my family and I. They didn’t even allow my quiet puppy. They also wouldn’t stop invading my family and i’s privacy. My weekend = ruined.

Such a bad experience. They don’t allow visitors even if it’s just family and it’s still early. We were quiet and they still wouldn’t give us privacy. Horrible service.

It has a kids pool and a normal pool. Neither pool is heated. It has private parking with security. It is right on the beach and walking distance from town.

The worst place my family has ever stayed. If I could give zero stars I would. Our check in was at four and we walked into such a disgusting room. I had children with me and I was furious with a lot of the things they saw. We couldn't leave the room until the maids were finished cleaning.not to mention the ac didn't work so we had to wait for that guy to COME and LEAVE or he would not be able to fix it. The toilet was broken so we had to have that fixed as well. The room didn't have any towels nor did we receive ANY the entire 3nights we stayed there. Everything was broken and run down so over priced we paid $1077.60 and I regret it so much. Even the fridge didn't work. The property managers were so rude I don't have the words nor did they have any remorse for all the inconveniences they caused us. We wasted a whole day in that horrible room waiting on them to correct everything. The property management kept giving us the run around every time we tried to talk to the owner about our experience. We even waited to leave hours later then we wanted just to talk to the owners who ended up being out of town. This ruined our vacation.simply disappointed.

CARLOS/OSCAR I DON'T REMEMBER IN THE FRONT OFFICE WAS PAID $580.00 U. S. CASH FOR FRIDAY NIGHT, AND SATURDAY NIGHT. WITH A 3PM CHECK OUT. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL SUNDAY WE WERE THROWN OUT AT 11: AM BY CARLOS. WE WERE MISLEAD WE WERE FORCED INTO GOING ON A TIME SHARE SALES PITCH THAT TOOK 4 HOURS, AND WAS SCAMMED BY CARLOS IN THE FRONT OFFICE HE'S THE GUY THAT GIVES OUT THE PINK BARACLETS IN THE FAR OFFICE. I DON'T THINK THE OWNERS OF THE CONDOS HAVE A CLUE ON THIS SCAM THEY HAVE GOING ON WITH THE TIME SHARE SALES GUYS, AND PROMISE LATE CHECK OUT AT 3PM FOR AN EXTRA $180 CASH TOTAL FOR TWO DAYS CHARGE WAS $580.00 AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE PEASANTS. WHEN I TRIED TO GET A REFUND HE THREATENED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE HIS MEASURES AND HAD ME THROWN OUT BY SECURITY. DO NOT STAY HERE! LAS GAVIOTAS #415 IS A SET UP. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. USE THE AGENCIES IN TOWN WHERE YOU HAVE RECOURSE DO NOT RENT DIRECTLY OR THROUGH TIME SHARE SALES PEOPLE THE ARE IN WITH CARLOS AND WILL, I REPEAT WILL RIP YOU OFF!
