Beautiful condos right on the beach. Not a ton of things to do in town, but if you're here for the beach, this is a great place to stay.

The best I can say about this place is that it has beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed in a 4 bedroom unit. This place used to be great. I last stayed here in 2017 and loved it. But now the furniture and kitchen appliances are old. We called maintenance several times and they were able to fix things.
The beds were horrible with sagging mattresses. So uncomfortable! Getting a decent night's sleep was impossible. The other thing is that the wind blows a lot and the bedroom windows bang all night. It's like the windows are loose in the frames and are really loud when the wind blows. I woke up at 3 am a lot because of this and couldn't get back to sleep due to the noise. Plus the sliding doors to the balcony in the living room whistle very very loud all day and all night. Very noisy! You can hear that in the bedrooms too.
The bad part is that they still charge a lot of money for these units.
I think that next year I'll go for one of the newer resorts. They are still building new ones and I think they'll be much better with gorgeous comfortable, well furnished rooms. Plus these resorts will offer more in amenities.
We have stayed her a couple of times and loved it.if you like Waking up and overlooking the water, stepping out the back door and walking on the beach than you will love this place. The staff was friendly and helpful, there was even a little grocery story downstairs. There is a nice bar on the beach below the pool that we enjoyed sitting at listening to contemporary music. We ate at the restaurant on site and enjoyed the food.i highly recommend this place
Worst place to come to get a room at specially the security gard Hustle everyone they watch you to do sometimes wrong so they could threatinh you about the police so you give them money like what kinda people is this and that's my first time in rocky point even they people works in front desk! It's not about the money it's about how they rip you off and you can't do not thing about they said you are a tourist you get charged different.
