Todo está mal.ofrecen wifi que no tiene.papel de bano que no tiene.mal olor.desayuno malo frío y caro.solo por una noche y al otro día nos cambiamos de hotel.no lo recomiendo a nadie

Muy lindo lugar, paisaje excelente, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear les falta mucho mantenimiento.
El restaurante muy buena atención y la comida muy rica precios accesibles en la mayoría de los platillos

The hotel is good compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Only problem is the rooms need some updating and need to be cleaned frequently. Walls have stains all over them. Also, if you’re staying in the first floor like me, (Room 106), be prepared to hear the creaking of loud footsteps ALL NIGHT. Since it’s wood it’s much worse. I couldn’t go back to sleep because of it and it was the most annoying part of this hotel.

Excelente lugar, vistas hermosas, playa privada, comida muy rica, lugar cerca del centro de Rosarito, los cuartos sencillos

They told us that there was an event on the beach, we asked to used the beach beds but if we consume a bottle of spirit the beach bed was available. Horsh*****. They increase there prices 300% over our last stay.not fun anymore.

Bathrooms don’t flush. Sinks overflow. Rooms are incredibly dirty. I brought my own Clorox wipes to clean the toilet, the wipe was black after cleaning it. Curtains don’t close. No maintenance employees. Rooms smell like cigarettes. Make sure the sliding doors are locked when you come in because it was unlocked when we first got in the room and several of our friends ones too on the first floor. Never staying here again.

The worst hotel experience, room dirty, noisey neighbors with loud music until 4am on Monday.

If you want the nicest rooms with a panoramic view of the ocean and a jacuzzi with ac in the room and a smart TV with speakers get the master suite and you won't be disappointed

Excelente lugar para ir a escuchar música al restaurant bar, para pasear a la orilla de la playa, para cualquier evento. Está simplemente hermoso y más por la noche.

Es un hotel ubicado en la playa y sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias y su vista están fabulosas

Me gusto el concepto del hotel y las areas q tiene para disfrutar la playa y las vistas, pero creo q sus camas pueden mejorar.

Un buen lugar para hacer eventos sociales, tiene un hotel muy bonito con una playa preciosa y un jardín muy atractivo, además cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas. Está en una parte privilegiada donde no se batalla tanto por el tráfico, si lo que buscas es un buen lugar para llevar a cabo una boda, 15 años o cualquier otro evento este es uno de los mejores que encontrarás y uno de los más recomendados en Rosarito

Beautiful outside but the rooms are terrible. Hot! No air-conditioning and very very outdated decor. Probably haven't changed the bedding since 1970.

Bellisimo lugar para realizar eventos, pero las habitaciones sencillas no tienen aire acondicionado y el calor es insoportable

Un lugar muy agradable para compartir con la familia, bastante amplio, con terraza, jardín, alberca, bar, acceso privado a la playa, salones/salas a orilla del mar con vistas hermosas, recamaras muy amplias y comodas, accesos a casi todo el lugar para personas que husen silla de ruedas, salón para eventos, estacionamiento amplio, vigilancia las 24 horas, el personal es muy atento y servicial (baños, jardines, habitaciones, pasillos, areas comunes, etc, muy limpios), en general recomendable.

Le hace falta atencion al cliente al personal de recepción! Y muuuucho mantenimiento al hotel, es muy viejo, lo que lo hace ver ya de mal aspecto!

BEWARE! The WORST experience at the Castillos Del Mar Hotel! It deserves ZERO stars. It was the first time my parents and I were visiting Mexico and I wanted it to be a great experience for my parents so I reserved the Villa which costs more than $300 a night! Not only we received the worst customer service during our stay there, both managers Rocio and Pedro made fake promises and offers over the phone and in person but yet denied it over the email and changed their words that those offers are simply NOT available! I want to list everything on this website so that no one else goes through the same experience!
1. Upon arrival, at the time of check-in, we were not given proper directions to the place we were staying and simply was just given a key until I asked for directions.
2. The girl in the front desk failed to give us wifi password and all the remote controls for the TV.
3. After asking her to take us to the house #16 because we had no idea where to go, she finally got up to walk us over but she was not friendly and didn't seem to be wanting to help and didn't even walk with us to the house and just pointed with her finger where we should go. She didn't even give us the breakfast tickets which I had to go pick up from the front desk the next morning.
4. We tried to find the place on our own and when we arrived to the house number #16, there was two big bags of trash left at the door.
5. After two hours, I kept trying to find a phone to call the front desk to ask for wifi password and to report that TV is not working. NO phone was at the house.
6. I had to make a call with my OWN cell phone and be charged for the call to state my concern. After speaking to the front desk girl which was not the same person who checked us in, she said that the room doesn't come with wifi and that they have no extra phone.
7. I had to walk all the way to the front office and tell her that this is NOT okay and that my reservation included wifi and that I need to have a phone just in case I need something at night.
8. I also stated that there's trash left in the front of the house and that it smells and someone needs to come pick them up.
9. I mentioned that the Jacuzzi doesn't warm up and the water is very cold and it's also very dirty inside. She said again that the manager is not in and there's no maintenance!
10. She said there's nothing she can do as far as wifi and the phone and that they're out of phones. I asked her to contact the manager and she said that the manager is not available and not accessible as her phone is turned off.
11. I ask her when I would be able to talk to the manager and she told me that the manager would be in at around 4 but fails to tell me that manager doesn't stay there for long or have the manager contact me before she leaves! So, when I go to the office at 4: 30pm, she says that the manager has already left and she still has no answer for anything!
12. Finally, after I was upset, she sent someone over to bring the phone and some sheets I asked for but she told me I need to press 0 to contact the front desk which I found out later, I needed to dial the whole number in order to get to someone. They finally figured out what the wifi password is 4 hours after checking in!
10. AGAIN, I had to call and follow up with TV not working at 9pm and finally, she sends the bartender to come over to figure out whats wrong. He then says that it's because we were NOT given the right remote control and then they say that there are NO MORE remote controls left and we have to use the bartender's remote control. After him leaving, I tried to use Netflix and sign in to my account BUT it didn't let me because it was under the bartender's account and he didn't give me the password and no matter how much I tried to sign him out so I can sign in under my account, it didn't let me and by that time he was already gone. So, after all we were left with NO TV because we couldn't sign in to the Netflix account and watch the movie I wanted to with my parents. I could write more if I had room!
