Las Gaviotas

Didn't stay just took the kids to a Halloween party there. It was wonderful and very special for the local kids. Thank you all very much for your efforts they did not go unnoticed.

This place is a must do. Each house is rented individually and can be found on VRBO or through other accommodations websites. The beach is private and a great spot for surfing so you should bring your board and your family. Very family friendly and high level of security 24/7.

I was able to take a surf lesson and they had to have a lot of proof that I was staying there to allow the person in to come for the lesson.

Delish bonus- also they have a on site Taco guy where you can order all the delicious seafood that you would like. Also a bar on site at the pool was available. Bring cash! Bring your own groceries and rent a house here would be a great way to spend any time with your family.

The best part Has to be how are the waves crash on the beautiful path on the first row I couldn’t get enough of the beauty of Las Gaviotas and can’t wait to go back.

We absolutely love it here. My husband has been a million times, this was my first time, and for both of us it was our best trip ever. The casita we rented was absolutely perfect, and we spent one of our days poolside, enjoying the sun and the beach and the amazing fish tacos and Palomas. Cannot wait until we go back! I highly recommend this place.

Would be great to go back by ourselves, seems like doing things with other people just takes the fun out of it.

Rented a house. Nice spot. Beach with fresh water shower. Three or four palapas for shade. Well maintained grounds. Great security. Nice pool. However no kids in the spa, boo. No pets allowed for renters.seems like. Definitely will come again. Lots of Americans.

Beautiful Place. Have your own private beach and swimming pool. If you get a chance to visit don't pass it up.

Tienen unos guardias de seguridad, groseros, salvajes y agresivos.
Si me bajo al nivel de los guardias nos hubiéramos liado a golpes.
Por favor revisen eso si no fuera gente decente quien sabe que hubiéra pasado.
Pésimos unos verdaderos salvajes sin el nas mínimo criterio.

Started coming here back in the 80's than life happened and after not traveling into Baja for over 28 yrs. I was excited that Las Gaviotas is still Las Gaviotas

Great gated and guarded community just on a cliff. A bit crowded though therefore a bit less privacy. However it is okay for surfers because waves are amazing-this is what Las Gaviotas is famous for.

Nice homes, quiet area. Way too strict to point of security having my girlfriend walk in heals to the exit/entrance on the rough street just because they wouldn’t let my sister come to pick us up. Neither the UBER. Ridiculous to not let a ride pick us up.

Really cute place and so nice for a quick Mexico trip from SD or LA!

So many rules, but if you are not a crazy party, stumble around drunk crew, you will be fine. They need another hot tub! Badly! The only one they have gets so crowded!

I have stayed here a couple times now and it is absolutely a gorgeous get away, perfect for when you just want to just hide away from the stresses of life. It's comforting to know that it's a safe gated community, super easy to find right off the toll road. 100% will be coming back.

Great spot for quick getaway. Secure and safe. However very very strict rules and fines. We got visited by security twice just for hanging wetsuits from the balcony.

Es un fraccionamiento privado con varias casas, usualmente habitado por muchos norteamericanos, pero hay varias viviendas en renta para Airbnb al pareceríl, la vista es hermosa, inigualable, hermosos atardeceres, la unidad cuenta con alberca y jacuzzi, vale mucho la pena. La seguridad es muy estricta.

Come to surf, sup, swim, lay out, do yoga, walk around tide pools, or just bbq and chill in a beachfront villa. This community is perfect for families or adult excursions-short drive to Puerto Nuevo and Popotla for fresh mariscos.
