37We really liked this place. Our rental was large, clean, and well-appointed. The property is well maintained and secure and is situated right on the water. The private sandy beach was clean and had a volleyball court and cabanas.
I went to Las Gaviotas with some family, and it was amazing! The view was awesome, the community was great and of course, the weather was fantastic!
Wonderful weekend getaway! Las Gaviotas Resort is a private, well kept, beach front gem. We absolutely loved our stay here. Our condo was clean and cozy with all the amenities needed to feel at home and the views from our balcony were just breath taking. The community has a clean private beach just feet away from our condo, with lots of weekend activities to do there was no need to leave the premises. I highly recommend this place.
Beautiful community- safe and pretty well maintained. Loved the fresh fish market that happens on the weekend.
The best and safest place to be. Such a great view. Gated with 24 hour security guards. My family has gone for years and we enjoy it Everytime! Fun for family and all
This is a gated resort community that's quiet, clean, and well-maintained. There's a pool and jacuzzi, as well as quick access to the beach. There's an on-premise restaurant but it is located nearby other points of interest within short driving distance.
Wonderful spot, very safe. Can leave your house unlocked and walk to the beach. Geared towards gringos and wealthy Mexicans, private, which is good and bad. But overall a great spot.

Stayed at a small, immaculate &modern 2 bedroom unit. Complex has great views, pool, jacuzzi, food vendors & ammenities.
Very nice place, security is very tough but made me feel safe. Definitely worth the stay and will be back soon.

A joyful experience for my son and I. We felt very safe. There's 24 hour security at the front gate. 2 minutes from Puerto Nuevo.
Nice gated community with cool rentals. The surf break here is amazing. BEWARE, they are EXTREMELY strict on noise violations. Not a good place to come with a group that gets rowdy.

Love this place. We always stay in #39, which has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Owners are very nice and easy to work with.
A wonderful little community with a common pool and hot tub, and a cute beach down below with a volleyball ball court.
