Hampton Inn by Hilton Silao-Aeropuerto Bajio

Stayed for one night and have no complaints. Very clean rooms, nice staff, and an excellent value for the price when compared to surrounding hotels.

Sólo alguna comida muy grasosa y alguna otra muy picosa en el buffet de desayuno. Se fue varias veces la luz (en microsegundos) pero ocurrió varios al rededor de 3 dias consecutivos. En todo lo demás excelente estancia!

Calidez y excelente trato de los empleados, habitaciones limpias e higiénicas, los alimentos en el mejor estado de maduración y preparación.

Rooms are spacious, the hotel is fine. Even the food of restaurant are OK. Close to the airport and some factory facilities.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn after American Airlines cancelled our flight home because of mechanical problems. The staff at the hotel was welcoming and accommodating to all the guests who had been affected by the cancellation. The Hampton was great. The service was first class. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the location was convenient for visiting Guanajuato since we had unexpected time on our hands.

We arrived to silao from San Luis potosi tired and there is nothing better than to be greeted nicely by the hotel staff. They checked us in early, helped with our bags and offered us water and a snack. I think what made it one of the best hotel experiences was when I asked the front desk agent how much a taxi would be from the airport, because we had to return our rental car and return to the hotel. He told me it would be 300 or more pesos and I lowered my head because i knew it would be expensive. The agent told me "don't worry, my associate will go pick you guys up in 10min". He showed up with the hotel van and took us back.what a nice thing to do for us out of towners. Thank you Hampton Inn.

El hotel está bien es limpio hele bien su GYM los aparatos en buen estado está completo exelente 24 horas y tiene su pequeña alberca solo el desayuno no es bueno.

Good business hotel to stay. Nothing around the hotel to walk to. It’s like a cactus in a desert. But adequate amenities to make it a good business stay location. Food’s decent but not authentic Mexican.

El costo que tiene por noche vale el servicio y la limpieza que te otorga el hotel al hospedarte. Y es satisfactorio tu residencia.

This hotel was an unexpected gem! Staff were friendly, courteous, social and wonderful. Room was modern, clean and otherwise excellent. Prices were very good for what I got.and the food in the main floor restaurant was fantastic. Couldnt have been more impressed. Flawless.

It is very quiet. It feels a security environment all over the place and all the time. Staff is warm and kind. Just the bathroom (shower sppt) is very small to my taste. Highly recommended
