36Amazing customer service and quality attention to client needs. The breakfast was average but free, the beds were individual and a bit hard so it's not ideal for couples, but it was clean, comfortable and private. The location is pretty decent but a lot of walking.
Question for the manager of Hostal Casa de Dante. We are a group of 6 adults. Where can we park our minivan if we stay at your hostal? Hope you can solve our problem because we would like to book with you.
Even though the price is higher than neighbor hostal, the facilities were very uncomfortable to stay.
The bed wasvery narrow, so l was nearly falling down and bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean. The owner's son (probably) acted arrogantly as if he were a king of the hostal.
Breakfast was good but we can buy that kind of food at a lower price in near Mexican restaurant.
So after staying 2 nights, we moved other hotel.
Excellent service. They waited for us even after the check in time. They also gave us touristic advice. The place is very clean, colorful and cozy. At breakfast time they treated us like part of the family. I was feeling sick and they really took care of me until the time we left. They really make you want to go back. Best experience ever.

Es un hostal muy bueno; está grande, limpio y hacen desayunos muy deliciosos!
Da para ver q es un negocio de una familia, donde te da un servicio adicional por orgullo y no solo por hacer dinero.

De los mejores desayunos en Mexico! Amé! Un desayuno típico cada día, puede gustarte o no pero todo fresco y preparado en la hora, la señora del desayuno muy amable, cordial y respetuosa. Único detalle! Si estas con valija grande, subir las escaleras para llegar al hostel es una pesadilla, el resto todo ok, la vista, la ubicación, la limpieza, personal muy amable.
Corrección a la inadecuada opinión que dí.
No tuve la oportunidad de quedarme, pero en el poco tiempo de estar ahí pude darme cuenta que falta un poco de amabilidad del recepcionista, las habitaciones están un poco pequeñas y poco ventiladas. Pero lo más importante, HAY QUE BAJAR UN MONTÓN DE ESCALONES, no recomendado para adultos mayores y personas con dificultades; según lo escuchado la comida es muy buena, espero así sea.

Mi calificación es porque quizá es mi primera experiencia en un Hostal.aún así el baño privado me pareció excesivamente improvisado.el desayuno riquísimo!
A place that requires a bit of a walk and stair climbing, but with a good service, decent rooms for its price range and a rather creative breakfast
Todo excelente lo único malo son los infames escalones que hay para llegar al hostal, son demasiados, en una subida demasiado empinada y están mal hechos y peligrosos pues ni pasamanos hay. Para llevar una maleta grande es un infierno llegar y bajar o subir los escalones. Sólo por eso pensaría mucho para ir de nuevo ahí.
Great breakfast and great view. A bit of walking to get to the center though. Beds were not that comfortable (even for hostel standard). Hot water in the shower and nice staff. If you're not ready to climb all the stairs then you should definitely look for another place, but the view makes it worth it.
La accesibilidad está algo complicada, pero el lugar cumple con todo! La habitación no tiene T. V.sólo eso es lo que no me agradó, pero en general todo bien!
Nice place, very clean and the staff is very kind. Only downs are the internet and the position that is not so central. Apart from that very recommendable!
The hostel has a nice rooms but the place is cold because it's kind of open. The wifi didn't work in my room. There is a nice roof view and vegan option for the breakfast.
Es un hotel sencillo, hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar, es económico y está relativamente cerca del centro, caminando puedes llegar en unos 15 min, Aunque parece ser no es muy conocido pues fue difícil encontrarlo, si llevas auto asegúrate de tener un lugar donde dejarlo pues en el hotel es imposible
