There is great service then there is excellent service! Jorge Hernandez helped me find an electric stove that had very specific dimensions to fit the opening in our counter. He personally came over to my apartment and measured the opening. I purchased a Teka electric stove and Jorge not only delivered it but helped me make the opening a tiny bit bigger because it just almost fit. He worked hard! And after some time we were able to break the concrete and tile just enough to get it to fit. Jorge's can do attitude and his customer service went above and beyond exemplary! If you need anyting at Tio Sam's Jorge is your go to guy! Five stars

The worst store ever in Puerto Vallarta. Absolutely poor service, placed an order for the fridge and a dishwasher in June 2021, it is April 2022 and apparently they never placed an order for the dishwasher and we are still waiting for the money. The fridge is supposedly to be delivered soon but it has been almost a year since we paid for it and it looks as we may never see it.
Stay away from this store - dishonest people and they lie to your face.
My next step is to go to PROFECO.

Great selection of upper end both US made and Mexican made products. Very helpful staff they speak English and they deliver. A great improvement over shopping at Liverpool.

Just over a year ago we bought 6 appliances for our new home from Tío Sam’s. We have had nothing but issues with 5 out of 6 of the appliances. This includes a washer-dryer that doesn’t dry, an oven that has broken sensors which turns off when it’s too hot, and just recently a fridge that leaked coolant to the point it had to be completely replaced.

Their repair service takes months, if ever to resolve issues and they will screw you on the warranty.

Go to Costco instead.

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator with an ice maker. In 4 months the ice maker didn't work. The repairman replace the part which broke in 5 days I've had no ice in 2 months and now I have ice forming all over the freezer except in the ice machine. No one has ever reached out to me. It took 2 months to get someone to go higher up and the manager Astrid reached out to me. **** UPDATE after sending messages for days and asking for someone higher up in management I finally got a call back from Astrid. She sent a service person. I don't know what they think customer service is but this is not it.

Friendly staff and great selection. I have been waiting 2 weeks now (was scheduled 2 days after I bought it to be done) to have my dryer changed from NG to LPG. They have told me now, three separate, times and dates someone will be there to the work and naturally no one has come by.no phone call to me to say they wont be there. I get the standard response.don't know how this could happen, someone forgot to call someone.for sure tomorrow.
