Horrible service will never stay here again some of the staff members are extremely rude i had my reservation and yet when i got to the hotel they made me wait 3 hours after 3 pm and when i finally get my room and head out to the pool when i returned to my room it was given to someone else when i go to the lobby the man was rude and made me switch rooms kids club is also bad sercive i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

No están preparados para atender a muchos huéspedes, las toallas se les terminaban pronto, no hay suficientes camastros para todos, les hace falta lugares con sombra, al bufet le falta más variedad, vas al mar con la idea de comer mariscos y es muy poco lo que ofrecen de mariscos, el agua de la regadera nos tocó fria.

I mean, it's hard to find too much to complain about in such a beautiful place. Truly, aside from the room having a strong mildew aroma and shower head needing some clr, it is a wonderful place to stay. Around the clock room service with a very helpful and friendly staff is definitely a highlight! Truly wonderful experience so far.

Long lines for a drink, long lines for meals. 1 person to make eggs for an entire resort. Staff not friendly. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and I’m rethinking my loyalty after this experience.

Muy buen hotel, un servicio de primera dado por su servicio de meseros, solo falta de personal, limpieza en los pasillos y elevadora

Concepto All Inclusive, personal muy amable, sanitarios comunes muy limpios y secos, aun los ubicados alrededor de la piscina. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
Lo que podría mejorar es la comida, ya que el buffet me pareció poco variado. Los restaurantes de especialidad cuentan con pocas opciones.

Es un hotel bonito y bastante comodo pero cabe señalar que el servicio deja mucho que desear ya que los meseros solamente le brindan preferencia a los gringos y es pésimo el servicio

El hotel es muy bonito. El servicio de primera. Pero la comida es realmente muy mala en el Buffet. Desafortunadamente sólo se puede reservar la cena en los otros restaurantes de 9am a 3pm. Para quien viaja de negocios esto no funciona

PARA SER UN HILTON DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR EL AIRE DEL CUARTO NUNCA FUNCIONO COMIDA MALA POCO MANTENIMIENTO AL INMUEBLE LA LAS SEÑALES DE INTERNET Y TELE SUMAMENTE INEFICIENTES

Service and rooms are great. Food is mediocre at best. Your personal safety is the biggest issue. We encountered some people that wanted to rob us in an elevator. They did not have wristbands on. Luckily my fiance is 6 feet tall and muscular and I am stocky, as they ended up looking at each other and shaking their heads no after they followed us in the elevator up to our room. We called the front desk to let them know so someone else wasn't victimized and they said they didn't have security at the hotel. We called back again and directly asked for security (thinking the first person didn't understand our English) and they transferred us to the bellhop. You have to be aware of your surroundings when you're here and even though it feels like a safe environment, there are people who will take advantage of that. Views are amazing at the top level with partial ocean view. The decor is a little beat up, but all in all the aesthetic is clean and neat.

Muy mal servicio en los snacks falta personal, y en los demás restaurantes del hotel atienden muy mal al turismo nacional, las recepcionistas no tienen ni idea de cómo atender las reservaciones

Para ser un hotel de 4 diamantes, se me hizo pésimo. Sobretodo su staff de entretenimiento, todas sus actividades empezaban tarde o inclusive ni las llevaban a cabo que según porque no había mucha gente interesada en las mismas, y nos cancelaban 20 minutos después de dejarnos esperando sin decirnos nada. Si pueden, mejor renten en los departamentos que se encuentran a un lado de ese hotel.
