India Gate Puerto Vallarta

Encontré este restaurante indio en maps y pensé en ir a cenar. Pedí camarones tikka masala, puedes elegir entre queso de camarones o pollo, se sirve con arroz basmati y medio naan como acompañamiento. El sabor era demasiado suave para tikka masala. Además, los precios son demasiado altos, supongo que para la cantidad, apenas llena el estómago. El ambiente y el personal son agradables, le di 2 estrellas solo por el personal, de lo contrario, la comida cara e insípida no vale la pena.

Comida muy auténtica. El sabor ahumado en el Dal Makhani era tan bueno que no puede superar el sabor. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para los indios que anhelan la comida india en los viajes.

Solo diré una cosa: la comida estuvo buena, pero el anfitrión fue increíble. Nos ayudó de muchas maneras. No hablamos español. Él me ayudó y luego me dio su código wifi. Muchas gracias.

India Gate es mi restaurante indio favorito en PV. Un ambiente acogedor, comida siempre excelente y un servicio atento. ¡Sirven el mejor pollo Tikka Masala que he comido en mi vida!

Esta muy bueno, anteriormente estaban por el malecon, se cambiaron mas hacia la zona hotelera, vale mucho la pena el arroz con pollo, y el curry, y no duden el mango lazzie

Si realmente anhelas la comida india, entonces supongo que este lugar te servirá. El servicio es muy bueno, pero la comida en sí es muy sosa. No es auténtico en absoluto. El arroz que viene con los platos es MUY pequeño, y probablemente saldrás de allí con hambre. Además, las porciones de pan Naan también son SUPER pequeñas. El precio está bien para PV, pero he comido mucho mejor y más barato en Guadalajara en Goa Restaurant. Solo ven aquí si no puedes llegar a Guad.

La comida era buena pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.no volveremos Además, la propina automática del 20% fue realmente excesiva. Habría dado la misma propina, pero verlo agregado por el personal sin preguntarnos fue definitivamente una bandera roja. Evite y vaya a un lugar indio diferente. La comida no es tan buena aquí.

Muy mal servicio y la persona que nos atendió fue muy grosera. Ningún indio jamás visitará tal lugar.
En cuanto a la comida, cuando mencionas la puerta de la India, el biryani tiene que tener calidad y cantidad, pero tenemos el biryani en una caja de aperitivos. Creo que los propietarios necesitan saber qué es la comida india antes de llamar al lugar puerta de la India.
En cuanto al sabor, mejor ni lo mencionemos.

Ni siquiera tienen un cocinero indio. La comida ni siquiera sabía india. La máquina de tarjetas no puede leer Samsung Pay. ¡¡Mala experiencia!

Un lugar pequeño y con un buen ambiente, el mesero que nos atendió, súper amable y con excelentes sugerencias de platillos. La comida es sumamente deliciosa, no puedo esperar para volver

When they moved from Centro to Versailles Puerto Vallarta they forgot to bring the Chef. All dishes had no flavor other than the sugar added. The Menu is much shorter. We met another newly married Indian couple who were disappointed with the quality of the food. It looked good from across the street. See the photo.looks are deceiving. I will not go there again.

This place is incredible. 100% authentic Indian food. 100% excellent service from all of the friendly team. We ordered a mixture of starters. Samosas, Kabob and grilled chicken. Everything cooked from fresh and spiced to perfection. On to the mains we ordered Chicken Korma and Chicken Vindaloo. All mains come with a nan bread and basmati rice. Again, everything tasted absolutely amazing. The chicken was so tender and both dishes spiced to perfection. We will 100% return.

Excelente lugar. La comida es riquisimo, con muchas opciones vegetarianas. Y el servicio siempre al 100. Felicidades

New place looks nice. Good ambience. Disappointingly the menu has been reduced… but some new items added. But even on the reduced menu, many of the items are not available.can’t be because of the move as it’s been a month and half. No house water either. Only plastic bottles. Not green friendly at all. Drink beer, not water?

We sat outside. Love emanating curry smells… but inside aromas was a little much even for Sri Lankan curry puff. Better ventilation for the kitchen?

One the food… there is no Tandoori oven onsite. Apparently, it’s somewhere else! Not even sure they have one. Waiters were running across the street transporting various condiments and bags of ice etc, The Nans are more like toaster oven pita bread reminiscent of leather. The lamb kebabs had some flavor. Tamarind chicken tasted not much like tamarind. The grill items are pre-cooked, then warmed and brought to table. Somewhat dry, burnt or over cooked. Samosas over fried, good quantity of meat, but flavorless

Chicken biryani tastes nothing like biryani. More like profile with curry. The Korma has too much sugar.

Potion sizes have shrunk with the move.

Two stars is generous

If you want real Indian food. Go to Rico Indian on the Isla Cuale where they have a real tandoor oven onsite.

Fue una deliciosa experiencia poder probar varios de sus platillos como las entradas, curry y el postre que incluso tiene el mismo estilo que la comida con especias y mucho sabor.

El lugar es pequeño pero muy agradable, perfecto para cenar algo diferente y probar uno de sus cócteles de autor mientras esperas tu comida.

Si estás de paso en la colonia Versalles tienes que visitarlos!

Comida india.buena. La atencion muy buena.en mejoras solo pondria el nivel de picante (que fuera mayor) y que el naan no estubiera tan duro.

Extremely disappointed. I NEVER post bad reviews, but this was one of my worst experiences dining out EVER! Ate at this restaurant twice during my last visit in PV about 3 years ago and was looking forward to eating here again during this visit. Completely different experience than 3 years ago. No authentic Indian flavour at all. Was honestly very bland tasting. The meat was absolutely inedible, lamb was fatty and chewy and I do not believe that the chicken was even chicken at all! The “naan” that was served to us was bland unseasoned pita bread. Even the drinks were awful. Absolute waste of money and time.

I would give it 5 stars but it has difficulty opening on time. 4 days in a row I have been unable to order due to private events or it not opening at 5PM as advertised. But the lamb korma is superb and so is the service. You won't be disappointed with the quality of food here, if you can get it when it is open.

Worst food. This is not an Indian food restaurant. This is a cheap copy of indian food. The food served had stones and the owner was non apologetic about the service. Ckeakpeas was not properly cooled. Even the other food was below average.
