46El hotel es hermoso, amplio y con excelentes instalaciones y comida de primera calidad. La gente que trabaja en él, es muy amable y servicial. Sólo quiero sugerirles advertir por anticipado a sus clientes, cuándo estén remodelando el Hotel antes de hacer reservaciones porque al instalarnos nos tocó un cuarto ruidoso y tuvimos que cambiarnos a otro. Es molesto. Muchas gracias!
Confortable estadía en temporada baja, lo que redunda en una sensación de amplitud y en un buen servicio. Habitaciones correctas pero con poca variedad de canales de televisión. Oferta gastronómica más que correcta.
Excelente servicio, el buffet de desayuno muy rico, tienen una cafetería y ahí venden el mejor smoothie de fresa de la zona. Sus restaurantes son de alta calidad, hay un puente que conecta al restaurante japonés, el cual tiene una entrada lindísima. Es un hotel muy limpio, su interiorismo es moderno con un toque regional, donde convergen los colores wirrarika con el mobiliario de diseño contemporáneo. Su Spa me gustó, tienen buenas promociones.

Amazing staff. I've never been treated like this at any resort. Literally walking 10ft away from the towel station by the beach and realized I didn't know what to do with my towel. Asked an employee "where can I put my towel" he extends his arms and says "right here sir". Yeah. Wish I could give 10 stars. Oh and mitzy rules!
La habitacion aunque fue vista al Jardin muy amplia y limpia, la alberca excelente y la playa muy tranquila, en general muy agusto y El personal muy amable
We were expecting a run-of-the-mill hotel, but as soon as you arrive you feel in this spectacular luxury tv show hotel. They designed the entrance with view to the ocean and the mountains and it puts you in the mood as soon as you get there. Get a room with an ocean view. It pays in happiness every day when you wake up. Their gardens inside and out are gorgeous. Every staff member were very kind, professional and "alegre". (What is a word in English for "alegre"). Their Japanese style restaurant is fancy at affordable prices. Ask the concierge for the free city tour. They will take you in a modern van to Puerto Vallarta land marks and to places up in the mountain that you might not visit otherwise. Take money to support the local economy that day. You can buy nic-nacs, candy, silver jewelry, tequila and things like that. We had fun.
