Es bonito, seguro. ¿Un jardín botánico de cinco estrellas? No por el precio de la entrada, la distancia recorrida y los precios exagerados de los restaurantes. ¡El baño en el río fue la mejor parte! Aunque la comida estaba deliciosa. 4 estrellas.

¡No te puedes perder el restaurante! Hermosa vista y comida deliciosa. Los jardines también son preciosos.

Hermosos jardines y muy buena comida y servicio. La entrada se está volviendo bastante cara a 300 pero entiendo que los jardines necesitan mucho mantenimiento. Día caro para nosotros 5, pero vale la pena.

Bonita experiencia, se debe ir con ropa que cubra de los mosquitos y zapatos o tenis que no se derrapen porque los senderos son sinuosos, resbalosos y estrechos.

Si pasan al restaurante pidan la hamburguesa y no olviden su helado de vainilla con espiral de chocolate, deliciosos!

Este lugar no vale la entrada de 300 pesos. Las exposiciones no son tan sorprendentes y las plantas no están claramente etiquetadas. Ten en cuenta que si bien puedes tomar Uber aquí, no existe ningún Uber que te lleve de regreso a PV. ¡La tarifa del taxi es de 600 pesos para regresar a la Zona Romántica!

Reservé un transporte y admisión para 10 personas hace un par de meses. Después de que nuestro viaje se cancelara en el último minuto, les envié un correo electrónico 2 días antes de nuestra reserva (dicen que puede cancelar dentro de las 24 horas para obtener un reembolso completo) y no obtuve respuesta. Recibí una llamada en el momento de nuestra reserva preguntando dónde estábamos y les expliqué que ya había cancelado. Pensando que obtendría un reembolso, esperé un par de días para ver si se reflejaba en mi cuenta. Cuando no fue así, intenté llamar, pero siempre encontré a alguien que no podía ayudarme o que no hablaba suficiente inglés para ayudarme, a pesar de que hice mi reserva por teléfono. He enviado un correo electrónico y aún semanas después no tengo respuesta. Si pudiera darles estrellas negativas por su servicio al cliente, lo haría. El lugar se ve hermoso, así que mi sugerencia es que si planeas ir, pagues cuando llegues. Es muy difícil obtener un reembolso a pesar de que su sitio web afirma que si cancela dentro de las 24 horas, obtiene un reembolso completo.

Los jardines botánicos son fáciles de conducir y absolutamente hermosos, tan encantadores y una buena caminata, ¡el restaurante es delicioso!

Un lugar donde encuentras relajacion, actividad fisica al recorrer los senderos del jardin y terminar degustando en el restaurant

This is a must do if you are in the area. It was the highlight of my trip. Go early, you’ll want to spend the day and then come back again the next day. Come hungry as the restaurant has incredible food and amazing hospitable staff. I couldn’t recommend this more!

A must see. The view from the restaurant is a pleasure and the birds flit around just off the deck. The garden offers free tours at 13: 00 and are a helpful addition to your visit.
The Bus back is 30 pesos but only every half hour on the hour or half hour. Approximately, check with the reception as the stop is up the road a bit (100m).

Plan to spend a day.tour stop simply doesn't do this place justice! Spend the day, enjoy lunch on the patio and tour the vanilla and orchards gardens.

If you enjoy nature and love plants you definitely need to visit this places as is nothing like in the whole bay. Is surprised me how well care the place is, for my taste need more sings to guide you. If you don't come in a guided group you might feel kind of lost as you don't know where to go first, in the garden there is no staff to point you where to go unless you ask.
The entrance price is kind of standard $200 MXN as the time of my reviwe (around $18 USD).
Besides all if the gardens there are nature trial to explores, which I found the best if my visit. So bring appropriate shoes if you choose to do this activities. You can also go down to the river if you want. Keep in mind that the water is cold in winter.
Walking on the trials you get to see the local flora and a lot of cool birds.
The only negative point, if I can call it that, is the restaurant. It definitely and add on services to the garden, you don't go there exclusively for the food. But after all the walking you would get hungry. Is kinda pricy for what it is. We ordered the hamburger with onion rings and the shrimp tacos and quesadillas. But the onions, shrimp and quesadillas were very greasy. Taste standard. As I said is an add on service. It doesn't mentioned anything about not bringing your own food but who would do that anyway. You WILL eat at the restaurant. Of course there is a souvenir shop and as expected is expensive. They sell lots of Mexican handcraft, coffee and of course plants.
Overall is a good experience, expect to spend all day here if you want to enjoy everything.

Lovely place to visit, it is beautiful and well care for. The views, birds, flowers & plants are spectacular.
Don't forget to get the orientation at 1pm and the restaurant is pretty good but a little pricey. The view makes up for it. We had a Mexican pizza and got salsa verde and hot sauce for deeping sauce. Excellent.

I love seeing new nature things, and this place had millions of things that I have never seen before. I also love taking pictures, and I took almost 1000 pictures!

Fue una experiencia hermosa y familiar observar y caminar por todo el Jardin Botanico Vallarta. Es maravilloso ver el paraiso y como la tierra produce cuanta semilla se siembre en su suelo.

Great gardens with some forest trails. Most of the time you won't need the insect repellent they insist you buy. Take the bus from PV - 30 pesos, versus $350 for a cab.

Take the bus from the city there's a specific one it's only 25 pesos. When you're done it returns back to the city every 30 minutes. Make sure to wear your walking shoes and bring a bathing suit.

We taxied both ways, $350 pesos each way, to and from Pta Vallarta. We went early on a cloudy day, and we liked that, not too hot. They recommend using bug spray, which can be purchased there. We saw everything in about 3 hrs. Going down to the river is a hike, and not much to see. We only went part way. The atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was very friendly. We stopped at the restaurant for nachos and cocktails. The Marigold cocktail was fabulous. Would recommend!
