Mi esposo y yo acabamos de regresar de Conrad Punta Mita hace unos días y desearíamos haber tenido otro día allí. Un hermoso complejo con un servicio excepcional. Las habitaciones eran estupendas, el gimnasio tenía muchos equipos y se mantenía muy ordenado, buenas comodidades y buenas opciones de comida. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre el personal: todos fueron increíblemente amables, simpáticos y serviciales. Corto viaje a Punta Mita para comer o hacer compras fuera de la propiedad. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos!

Servicio increíble/superior con un personal muy amable en todos los ámbitos en cada parte del hotel, especialmente en el personal de la piscina y el restaurante. También un hotel hermoso y moderno.

Como todo ser humano tiene un corazón que late que hace funcionar el cuerpo, Árbol es el corazón que late en el Conrad Punta Mita.

Comienzas el día con un delicioso desayuno, sin embargo, también es el equipo de Arbol el motor que hace latir el corazón cuando sale el sol.
Entras recibido por las encantadoras azafatas que te recuerdan, tu nombre, número de habitación y tu preferencia de asiento.

La gerente Coral se asegura de venir con un cálido saludo y, si el tiempo lo permite, una conversación maravillosa.

Su equipo hace un hermoso comienzo de su día. Heber, Santiago, Edwardo, Olivero, Christiana,
y disculpas a quien me falta.
Un equipo que brinda un servicio al cliente impecable.

Después de nuestra séptima estadía en este oasis mágico, no es necesario que pidas el café que prefieras, los huevos como más te gusten o tus platos favoritos del delicioso buffet.

I booked an ocean view suite with a private plunge pool at an average cost of $2,000 per night for a special romantic birthday for my wife. When booking, I was never told that the hotel was also hosting a huge corporate event happening during our stay.
Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere considering the following:
-Long lines at check in.
-Corporate event monopolized all facilities - adult pool was closed for the corporate private event from 11-4, as well as 2 of the three onsite restaurants closed on Saturday night.
-Maid did not clean our suite until around 5 or 5: 30 each night while we were trying to get ready for dinner.
-Complimentary suite mini-bar was not stocked when we arrived and was not re-stocked daily as promised.
-Loud noise from the music, drunken riff-raff of the "private corporate event" at the adult pool that the hotel closed to other paying guests while attempting to get spa treatments.
-All pool chairs (literally. ALL POOL CHAIRS) taken by 7: 30 a.m. By the riff raff attending the corporate event.
The property is nice, the service (when not monopolized by a huge corporate event) is good. Staff is friendly. Could be a nice place but be sure to see if there are any large events there before you book. If you want to avoid the drunken and loud Carnival Cruise type riff raff crowd, I would look at the Four Seasons, the Marriott W, or the St. Regis instead. I personally will not be returning or staying at a Hilton anytime soon.

My absolute favorite resort EVER! This is our 2nd time visiting & it did not disappoint. Everything about the resort is incredible every staff member goes out of their way to make your vacation the very best! We even made a YouTube hotel review search Scottsdale Travel Chick Conrad Punta Mita

While the staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, the food and amenities are unfortunately lackluster. The guacamole on the tacos tasted artificial and the goods are frozen foods seemed to be from Cisco systems. The beds are average and the hotel feels more like a 3.5 star rather than a 4. However, the hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are doing a commendable job. It is important to note that the hotel is located down the beach in a more windy area, which is not as convenient as being in Punta Minta proper like the 4 seasons. The hotel was unable to accommodate a haircut and shave which I needed promptly due to a lost bag, but this was likely due to the stylist being unavailable. The gym is fairly standard and lacks additional equipment such as foam rollers, bosu, and bands. Overall, while the experience has been underwhelming thus far, I will update if anything improves during my stay.

A long way to go to be nickel and dimed. The rooms are beautiful. I was traveling with my sister and we were placed directly over the kid’s water slide. It was shrieking all day and night. Not a restful experience. The food was not great considering how expensive it was. $6. For coffee, $13. For margaritas in tiny 6 oz glasses filled with mostly ice. I’m a lightweight and the only time I got the slightest buzz was drinking a beer from a can. The service is not great. Yes, we had some amazing service but on the whole not good. I had a horrible spa treatment and when I was checking out the spa attendant asked. I said it was ok and she didn’t care that I didn’t say it was fantastic! The spa hot tubs are tepid to cold- definitely not hot. I had an 80 minute service that was 70 minutes at best. The service provider, Cynthia, was horrible. I asked for medium pressure and didn’t even come close. I asked her to go deeper more than three times. Definitely not worth the time or effort to book the appointment. At the end of our stay there were charges on our bill that were not ours- so please look closely at your bill. We did have an excellent meal at Mesquite and had the best service from Andres and Andres. Also, Juan Carlo, down on the beach was fantastic! Overall, not good enough to go back.

This is a beautiful boutique style hotel in a prime location in Punta Mita, amazing grounds, bedrooms, views, beach, furnishings and the staff are incredible- unfortunately it lets itself down with the food, which is average, yet charging American prices. We’ve enjoyed the many excellent restaurants around the area, it’s a shame the Conrad does not match those expectations.

Hay diferencia entre una gran experiencia y una experiencia cara. El lujo en este hotel tiene momentos donde está injustificado. Que te traigan del aeropuerto cuesta de cinco a ocho veces mas que Uber o Didi. La playa no es especialmente bonita y suele tener bandera roja ya que está a mar abierto. La piscina Infinity pool no está lo suficientemente cerca de la playa. Por otro lado las habitaciones son amplias y en las cercanas al mar se puede escuchar el mismo. Los restaurantes pasa lo mismo, Codex tiene platos muy buenos pero los de snack y desayuno solo son restaurantes normales a precios de escándalo. Esperaba un rango más sensible en precios entre opciones. Ser de lujo y caro no es lo mismo.

This location is beautiful, private and well maintained. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and truly represented this resort incredibly well. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful ocean views and fantastic drinks. Pools were perfect temperature and the grounds well maintained. I highly recommend this resort.

We are currently in a 1 week stay here and the Hotel is great! I had some confusion about the free breakfast for Diamond members and the hotel ended up giving us free breakfast for 4 even though only 1 was allowed. They went out of their way to take care of loyal members.

The resort is very well kept and service is top notch. Any requests are handled right away and the messaging through the app is very convenient. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

Would definitely stay again.

PROS

Modern, clean, classy resort.

Pools are great. Kids pool is fun with a great waterslide, our 5 year old had a blast there and made loads of friends. Adult pool area is serene and quiet with a nice swim up bar.

Lovely staff. Staff are very kind and try to help as best they can.

CONS

Long lines for breakfast. Sometimes 10+ people deep just to ask for a table and waits of up to 1 hour for an outside table. We ended up having to eat breakfast one day at Mesquite on the beach as Arbor was just so busy. It was not good, service was awful with the restaurant woefully understaffed. Breakfast took 2 hours here and we waited well over 1 hour for food to be delivered to the table. Don't send guests to another restaurant for overflow breakfast if it's not setup to handle it.

Service was pretty hit or miss in all the restaurants. I had to ask for someone to take our order many times and ask for items multiple times. I was also reminded quite a bit by waiters that the included 10% service charge doesn't go to them and is spread out amongst the entire staff. We had one waiter call our room and ask us to come down to settle out bill as he thought we had left the pool (we hadn't) and I felt this was very inappropriate thing to do in a 5 star resort.

Kids 5 and under eat free, but only if you ask. We had to remind staff every time when we ate in the restaurants. The hotel shouldn't require guests to this as they already know the ages of all guests.

Beach is nice but rough, swimmable for adults maybe, but not really safe for children.

We had problems with our room. The room we were assigned upon check in on the second floor was musty and damp smelling. I asked to be moved and was told it was not possible. I finally was moved to a room higher up and this room was fine. We had a lot of noise coming from our room though, every 30 minutes a gush of wind sound followed by a loud bang, which happened at night time too. We could never figure out what it was but think it was the AC unit sucking air or something. I told the front desk director about this and was told they would investigate but they never did.

One of the 2 elevators in our wing was broken the entire time during our 5 day stay. One day the other one broke too, so guests had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. It was only fixed after I told the front desk about it.

The spa has some outdoor fire burning ritual. Which is rediculous given that our room smelled of smoke in the morning and the outdoor pool area smelled of burning smoke the entire day.

We left a few days before Thanksgiving and glad we did as it was getting very busy and I doubt the resort is setup to handle full capacity.

None of the issues mentioned above prevented us from having a nice time at the Conrad but it didn't feel like a 5 star experience, especially when paying close to $1000 night. You are competing against the St Regis and Four Seasons at that price point, but not offering the same experience.

A recent trip to the Conrad was most welcome, relaxing and I am still basking in the memory of the sunlight, warmth and the gorgeous beach. My only regret is that we would have loved to stay another day or two to further enjoy the spa and the pool

We had the most incredible time here. The staff were so friendly and worked so hard to provide over the top outstanding service. The little extras were so appreciated, like sending complimentary strawberries to our room for our daughter. Food was great. Coffee shop is excellent. The resort is immaculate, inviting, and fun. The management should be proud of the staff, and the staff should be proud to do such a fantastic job. This was our favorite hotel in a long time, and we hope to return soon.

Amazing, well designed and kept resort. Beautiful grounds and beachfront. Rooms are well appointed and roomy. Upgraded to beach front location for reasonable price. Very attentive staff with strong customer service and engagement. To top it all off the food is well above average for resort food.

We had an amazing 25th anniversary trip. We stayed the last week of April 2022. The resort was quiet and the service was superb. We loved Mezquite Beach Bar & Grill. Ivan is the best & our favorite waiter. All of them were good, but Ivan was funny and went above and beyond in serving us. We would love to go back.

Large clean hotel oceanside. Friendly staff. Might be too large for some. Beach was ok but not spectacular. Security was present throughout. Food was ok. Tuck and other shops off the lobby. 45 minute transfer from the airport.
