Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort

Excelente servicio ya sea club de playa y hotel. El lugar es muy surrealista y hermoso en medio de la selva. Tiene muchas piscinas y jacuzzis (solo desearía que fueran más cálidos). Lo único que tienen muy pocos lugares para el restaurante oriental, y durante la cena pasó que un día no había nadie que recibiera a todas las personas en el restaurante huichol para la hora de cenar, cada uno entraba y se sentaba en cualquier lugar disponible que encontrara, parece Muy desordenado por la falta de personal. Pero el resto es muy recomendable.

Lo único bueno del hotel fue la habitación y la comida! De ahí en más PESIMO TODO la diferencia que hacen en la atención a los extranjeros con un mexicano es abismal! Los carritos son eficientes solo si das propina cada que te llevan a algún lado, ya sea el restaurante o a las albercas, si no, no te hacen caso y tienes que caminar bastante para moverte a cualquier sitio, decidimos visitar el club de playa te transportan en una camioneta hasta eso cómoda, pero lo mismo solo se te quedan viendo si no das alguna propina, a veces uno hace esfuerzo para poder pagar un viaje "todo incluido" y el hotel no es NADA BARATO para estar dejando más dinero en propinas a diestra y siniestra, el club de playa y las instalaciones junto con la comida la verdad muy bien, el personal muy amable hasta que te empiezan a tirar indirectas muy fuertes que porque hay que dejar propina en nuestro caso fue lo que nos pasó uno de los meseros casi casi nos EXIGIÓ dejarle propina y pues eso para nada está bien aparte de que al mar no te puedes meter, hay muchas piedras y si das tres pasos el agua casi te tapa y la arena dentro del agua se sigue moviendo en lo personal es peligrosa esa playa, la verdad a mí y mi familia nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca las distinciones y diferencias en la atención a los clientes es muy notorio, el personal "amable" dentro de lo que cabe, el servicio de carritos para trasladarte dentro del hotel no es tan eficiente a menos que seas gringo!
Siento que hay mejores hoteles a pie de playa por el precio que pague y los días.
Lamentablemente dudo mucho recomendarlo y que vuelva a ir a ese hotel! DECEPCIÓN TOTAL!

Tuvimos una grata estadía aquí. La habitación en el edificio 5 era fantástica, moderna con acabados de alta calidad, una ducha estupenda y una cama muy cómoda. Se proporcionó cuna para nuestro bebé. El complejo es hermoso y está bien cuidado con muchas piscinas. Puede estar ocupado y me alegro de habernos alojado cuando el hotel tenía alrededor del 60% de ocupación. Los restaurantes son buenos, aunque parte de la comida del buffet es un poco sosa. El teppenyaki era sorprendentemente bueno, pero tenía poca capacidad, ojalá hubiéramos reservado dos veces. El estacionamiento fue muy sencillo y, aunque hay que caminar un poco para moverse por el complejo, siempre había paseos en carrito disponibles si nos sentíamos perezosos. El club de playa también era bueno, aunque puede estar ocupado y tuvimos que esperar por sillas de playa. En general, fue una estancia excelente y ¡volvería!

Fui por un puente, y el personal es verdaderamente atento, las albercas son muy bonitas, nos dieron una habitación nueva, el buffet no es muy amplio pero es rico, los snacks están super bien, y como punto a favor dan trago decente, tequila don julio reposado o maestro reposado, que por el precio del hotel esta bastante bien.la playa esta medio fea, pero no hace falta ir con lo cómodo que es el hotel, sin duda regresaría

Las mejores vacaciones que he tenido! El hotel está hermoso y muy grande, la ubicación no es la mejor por que esta un poco retirado de la playa y los uber no llegan, pero si vas a la playa tienen transporte a su club de playa.todo el staff es amable y siempre te sonríen, todos hacen lo posible para que tengas una estancia espectacular, un saludo para Juan en el bar de media luna, que hace increíble su trabajo, y los chicos de las demás áreas también, en el club de playa te llevan todo hasta tu camastro.simplemente perfecto, regresaré cuando abran su parque acuático

Las Habitaciones son muy bonitas y amplias, el Club de playa es muy pequeño no cuenta con alberca, y los camiones no respetan frecuencia de salida. La Comida es buena con poca variedad.

Es un lugar muy hermoso, más en tiempo de lluvia por q como esta entre cerros se ve un verde hermoso, es un hotel para descansar y relajarse, ya que está retirado de la ciudad

Loved my stay here! Everything was above and beyond my expectations, the food was excellent, the service very friendly and welcoming and everything was clean and beautiful. Looking forward to coming back here and recommending it to more people!

Estar en la Montaña es increíble, pero si te gusta la playa elige otro hotel, ya que está lejos de la playa.

EL MARRIOTT RIVERA NAYARIT es uno de los hoteles más LUJOSOS y EXCLUSIVOS no de MÉXICO SINO DEL MUNDO. ES UN. LUGAR PARA OLVIDARSE DE NUESTRO DIARIO ACONTECER Y ENCERRARTE CON TU PAREJA.uuuuuffff! TODO ES DE VERDAD COMO DE OTRO LUGAR, O PAÍS

También el agua es demasiado fría, el jacuzzi es puro frío, también en las habitaciones para el área de regadera se tapa con una cortina y el agua se filtra, termina siendo un desastre, no lo recomiendo

Una experiencia nueva en hotelería, buscando el descanso y el encuentro con la naturaleza, lo recomiendo mucho, tienen excelente gastronomía y mixologia. La única razón por la que le puse en habitación una estrella menos es por qué en las VILLAS la cortina del baño es muy pequeña y no alcanzas a tener suficiente privacidad (más si viajas con menores o con amigos), además se acaba el agua caliente muy rápido y el último día hubo un problema en la cisterna (no nos notificaron) y se cortó el agua completamente.

The worst experience
The food was really bad, and the rooms were not clean. Specially the AC smells really bad. The staff is was super nice besides that, is not worthy at all.

This is a very nice resort for those looking for peace and tranquility. Very kind staff. Clean rooms. Only suggestion is for better warming for buffet breakfast, and potatoes everyday for breakfast) Beautiful scenery. Lovely place to come for a relaxing stay.

People were outstanding-especially at their Beach Club. The rooms were awful-especially since this is a relatively new hotel. Food was very average, which seems to be the case (or excuse) in all-inclusives these days. The reason for the 4 stars was primarily for the Beach Club and housekeeping. I can not say enough good things about the staff there. The hotel rooms and food need a lot of improvement.

There are no words to describe such a beautiful experience.

SUPER, MACRO, ULTRA RECOMMENDED

At the beach club, Miss Kelly and young Oscar along with all the staff provided EXCELLENT attention to each one of us, as well as on our last night Kelly and Oscar were the best with my family during our dinner.

Inside the Hotel, Miss María Elena and young Luis and Alexis (Marco) gave us the same EXCELLENT attention every day of our stay.

Each person who collaborates within the Delta Hotel by Marriot Riviera Nayarit is ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL, EDUCATED to mention a few of the many qualities that we saw and obtained from EVERYONE.

We had a technological setback upon our arrival in the room. But my wife and I, who work in the field of engineering, understand that this can happen at any time. AND ALL the STAFF did the impossible to provide us alternatives and solutions to solve the incident and with the EXCELLENT attention as it was:).

Our room or villa was spacious, clean, cozy, everything was a 10.

The facilities, such as the pool, pantry, reception, bar are always clean and the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY.

As an area of ​​opportunity, I would suggest for the Mexican buffet. Add some taquitos dorados or flautas, assorted taquitos (pastor, longaniza, etc). And in the Delta pantry add more chips, candies (Never remove the ice cream machine is the best hehe).

In our opinion, the Hotel complies with 100% ALL INCLUSIVE. We are a family that likes ALL INCLUSIVE to rest and relax. There are additional items classified as premium that have a cost, but for us they were not necessary, so it is not something that lowers my rating.

Really, ALL the attention that the staff have with us as guests IS WORTH IT!

solo les falla que no tienen alberca caliente y que para usar el sauna y vapor ahí que pagar un daypass en el spa

I applaud the staff for being such great hosts. Really welcoming and friendly and the utmost of patience dealing with guests after a hurricane

The spa treatments were amazing, and one of the best I’ve had, I do think they can improve their sauna and steam room and learn a think or two from the Europeans. (Loud ticking noise and super bright lights in the sauna, not relaxing at all, not much steam in the steam room)

The main Resturant is amazing and quite a lovely experience, with great food and intimate settings

The BBQ at the pool was really delicious! Although The food in the poolside menu is quite oily and would avoid it.

The gym is really well equipped and really clean!

The rooms we’re really great with spectacular views and great amenities. I was able to even do some bird watching ans spotted some beautiful local species

However the taps all need updating, they were all broken and leaking and hard to manage the hot and cold water.

The biggest low was that I could hear my neighbours easily and the aircon and fridge buzz quite loudly

Again, I applaud the wonderful and friendly staff who work there who made the stay so welcoming! Even after the hurricane and the mess I still felt quite taken care of and the staff had a real sense of calm about them which was reassuring
