Best resort so far! So much activities and entertainment going on for both adults and kids! Glad we switched from the Dreams resort to Riu! Rooms 3/5 but everything else 5/5!
Really clean great hygiene in restaurants. Accommodation good standard. Lively friendly atmosphere with friendly staff. Would stay again and be even better after refurbishing completed
Great hotel. Food is excellent. Need to separate the 2 pools. It advertises as having an adult pool but both pools have lots of children playing.
Staff is great. Older hotel, still clean and nice. Food needs updating or teach chefs how to cook. Mashed potatoes runny like soup everyday. Scrambled eggs always over cooked. Flamingo restuarant food was always cold at lunch time. Better selection. Too much sea food offered. Nor everyone likes sea food. Stayed at playa del carmen and cabo RIU.very nice this one below standards
Es un hotel donde hay mucha discriminación a los mexicanos a los extranjeros los consienten y en el hotel Riu Jalisco nos tratan mucho mejor tienen mejor comida, mejor bebidas, mejor ambiente por todo le doy ***** al Riu Jalisco gracias por su atención
Súper rica y variada la comida. El servicio de resepcion es malo. Las habitaciones no son muy lindas, esta limpio.
Yes it’s slightly dated but the staff and the food make up for it, good location right on the beach, stayed here for 2 weeks and the kids loved it. Staff s simply amazing and the food is very good in all eating places, can’t understand where the bad reviews come from
It's not more than 2 stars for the bad reception and room service.food is good, beach acceptable.the room are humid and smells bad even if they come clean it after several phone calls.you will be very lucky if your room be cleaned during the day and all the check up for your room comes while your are having naps.never again
Es un buen hotel para viajar en familia, no tanto como para parejas. El servicio es muy bueno y las instalaciones agradables. Solo sugiero ampliar el gimnasio y el restaurante Sir George.
El hotel está muy limpio y te ofrece las 3 comidas y snak todos los empleados muy atentos el hotel cuenta con discoteca, teatro, 2 albercas, barra entre otras cosas más.
Great staff who go out of their way to help you, awesome entertainment, only down side is no umbrellas on the beach, if you want one you have to hire it, I didn't expect that from a company like these guys, it dis disappoint me a little, that is why I would only give 4 stars, great for everything else
