Un hotel maravilloso.muy bonito y se descansa muy bien.restaurantes con platillos sabrosos. Personal atento y amables.

Es un hotel muy bello, con una linda arquitectura, jardines exóticos y fuentes. Las habitaciones son confortables y con una decoración minimalista, tiene varias albercas, su playa es de oleaje suave, el personal es muy eficiente y amable, cuenta con varios restaurantes, tiene plan de todo incluído y departamentos de plan solo habitación, camastros, cabinas y varios espacios de estar

I spend about 16 weeks a year at inclusive resorts and this is one of my absolute favorites!

I love that the staff don’t all speak perfect English - I have my Spanish “maestro” at the bar every night, Erick, and we practice together - and both he and Arturo (day shift) make sure we always have a perfect beverage, night or day. I have learned more Spanish here in two weeks than I have in the last seven years.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The entertainment team is fun and always ready to make your day better - seeing Luis, Sergio, Alejandra and Mario is always the best part of the day.

The food is wonderful - even after two weeks I still enjoyed it - but I eat pretty modestly and stick to the things I like. The fish is always perfect. (Pro tip: eat early, you can always get a table and the food is a little better at 6: 30 than at 9: 30)

The buffet service is efficient and I love being served smaller amounts - I feel much less wasteful trying smaller portions if I don’t love something.

You can surf nearby, the beach is swimmable and huge! Four pools (that I found), yoga classes, a well equipped gym and a beautiful spa? What else could you want?

How about whales breaching right in front of you at breakfast every morning and a kids club?

Housekeeping left the cutest folded animals on our bed, and I love that they have a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room - I get up around 5 so I appreciate that!

Lizbeth at Insu was always smiling! Claudia, Israel, Eduardo, Felix - everyone remembered our names and what we liked to drink after day two.

Management is everywhere making sure that everything is just so.

The best night is the night when they serve traditional Mexican food from different areas of Mexico with little stations all over the resort, and I wish they did it more than once a week.

I really can’t say enough good things about this resort.

Cons, if there were any:

If you want to party or mingle it probably isn’t the place for you - there is no nightclub onsite and it is a 45 minute drive to Puerto Vallarta. I don’t party so for me - perfecto!

El hotel muy limpio, agradable el personal muy amable, los alimentos me gusto que todo te lo preparan al momento mucha higiene y aunque es bufete el personal te lo sirve, las albercas perfectas equilibrio entre el tamaño del hotel la cantidad de albercas, mobiliario excelente, habitaciones excelentes y sobre todo mucho privacidad, tranquilidad y silencio. Increíble! Orden, limpieza y todo el personal en general amable y discreto. Tanto el ingreso como la salida muy ágil. Los bemoles mucha insistencia de tu número de habitación y Apellido a cada momento cuando estás tomando los alimentos y te piden que firmes lo que consumes de allí en adelante todo está muy bien!

This place is Amazing! We came for my wife's birthday and had the best time ever! The staff is exceptional, very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are wonderful, spacious and have million dollar views. The food is outstanding, the amenities are within arms reach. There are several pools with service and the beach is right there, Great Job Marival Armony! We'll be back!

Hemos decidido no volver, sabiendo que rompen la ley de playas libres y cerrando el acceso a la playa. Si tienen esas irregularidadedes no quiero imaginar adentro. Lastima de lugar. Sigan las reglas, cumplan
la ley y respeten el acceso a la playa!

La playa hermosa solo un DETALLE que quiten a sus buitres que te acechan desde tu llegada te casi obligan a recibir una platica sobre la compra de membresías te exigen $500.00 de depósito para obligarte a asistir a una platica que se prolonga por horas te invitan a dezayunar cuando en realidad tu les pagas a ellos el desayuno ya que tu estas pagando un todo incluido a nosotros nos soltaron o logramos safarnos a las 3: 00 pm. Cuando nos citaron a las 9: 00 am
Con lo cual nos robaron mas de medio día ya nos quedó tiempo solo para comer y bañarnos para dormir sin aver tocado albercas ni nada literalmente nos robaron un día que me costó $6,400.00 de ospedaje con excepción de los buitres muy buen Hotel pienso regresar y rechazar su invitación a dezayunar

Es hace falta hacerlo un poco más divertido! Y mejorar el control de acceso. Está muy bien equipado y los restaurantes de primera. Ah, y qué vistas de playa.

Gran decepción. La infraestructura y la playa son lindas. Pero el servicio y la comida son MUY pobres y malos. Desde la entrada en la recepción hasta la salida. Me hubiera gustado conocerla antes del C19. Para tener una mejor referencia. Le hace falta amor y un buen líder que motive al equipo. Por el momento no lo recomiendo y no creo regresar.

The hotel is beautiful, the views but in this time of pandemic the service was bad and the food. I was expecting more because is not an cheaper hotel

Spent six days in October 2020 with family.some covid-19 restrictions, reduced occupancy and reduced staff but fabulous resort, great food, excellent service.excellent beach and a number of pool choices.can't wait to go back when all services are available.

This is truly a hidden gem. The hotel has been recently renovated and rooms look fantastic. Amenities also look great and are brand new. Staff is outstandingly welcoming and friendly, especially waiters at the pool areas. Awesome entertainment team!

I appreciate all the safety measures during the covid pandemic, it did make me feel safe.

The only thing I’d do different next time is to get a room in an “adult only” building with access to a kids-free pool, but that’s totally for my own reasons.

Muy buenas instalaciones, no tan viejas, buenos alimentos y bebidas nacionales e importadas. Nos asignaron una two bedrooms Bahia suite para nuestra familia con vista al mar muy confortable. Si respetan la restricción del 30% de ocupación por pandemia.
Definitivamente si regresaríamos a éste hotel!

Fue la mejor semana de mi vida en playa. Lugar hermoso lleno de jardines y con una vista a la playa espectacular! Todo su personal amable, y los chicos en área de playa Saúl y Ulises fueron de lo más atentos. Vuelvo pronto lo prometo. Por cierto el gym de los mejores!

El hotel e instalaciones estan MUY bien, lo que esta pésimo es que te insisten demasiado que adquieras una membresía y que asistas a una platica de "15 mins" pero en realidad tardan 3 horas o mas para venderte como sea la memtada membresía la cual esta carisima. Si no fueran tan jodones con eso tendrían 5 estrellas.

We stayed there for 4 days, the first part of the day was chaos, my husband paid for a room with balcony, they did not give it to us, according to the hotel they were giving us something better, LIE is a scam their publicity, they gave us a room with kitchen, one of the worst ever and not the one that had been requested and paid. My husband upset with the situation began to complain, putting a deceptive advertising review and Susana from front thes was rude with us because of that.in the end of the day we got a real upgrade a room with a balcony in a different area, thanks to Marlon.
But Susana from the front desk called the room only to intimidate us to change the review. Pablo from the same area far from helping had a bad attitude. We understood we were mexican and that's the reason we received that treatment, also we are pretty sure they gave our room paid to someone else.mexican staff been racist because is a racist hotel!
Everything else very well, a romantic dinner in which lilibeth and Guillermo prepared, was spectacular.

Estuvimos hospedados 4 días, la primer parte del día fue un caos, la habitación pagada con balcón no nos la dieron, según el hotel nos estaba dando algo mejor, mentira, nos estaba dando una habitación de tiempo compartido y no la que se había pedido y pagado.
Mi esposo molesto con la situación se empezó a quejar, poniendo un review de publicidad engañosa.
Al final del día si nos dieron una habitación con balcón en zona distinta, gracias a Marlon.
Pero una tal susana del front desk llamó a la habitación solo para amedrentarnos que cambiaramos el review. Un tal Pablo de la misma área lejos de ayudar tenía pésima actitud.
Todo lo demás muy bien, una cena romántica en la cual lilibeth y Guillermo prepararon, quedó espectacular.
Y si hablas español para algunos colaboradores del lugar significa no atenderte, tomando en cuenta que el 70% de los huéspedes son extranjeros, muy mal el trato al connacional. Es un hotel racista, no lo recomiendo por eso

C'est une superbe de belle place avec une très belle plage. Le gros problème c'est la bouffe. Les restaurants à la carte sont très ordinaires et le personnel on une formation insuffisante.
Le buffet principale est pratiquement toujours identique. Le café est servi souvent froid.
Ils ne veulent pas changer $100 US mais pas de problème pour 2 x $50. Ils servent le café au table mais ils doivent repasser pour le lait.
Au restaurant a la carte, tu n'a pas fini ton entrée que le plat principale est déjà servi.
C'est très décevant.

This resort is paradise. We stayed February 10-15. It was beautiful weather the whole time, and we could watch the whales from the main infinity pool with a drink in our hand. Our demi pool suite room was absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing at all the restaurants, and the service was top notch. The drink selection was literally anything you wanted, with multiple liquors to choose from (not just bottom shelf). The staff told us the resort was 95% occupied, and we still never had a problem with finding a lounge chair by the pools or the beach. The entire resort was stunning, and I cannot stress enough what a good time my boyfriend and I had. It is a little out from downtown Puerto Vallarta (30-40 minute drive), but the front desk was more than helpful with arranging taxis and making sure people know where they’re going when they want to leave the resort grounds. Because it is a little further out, it’s the perfect, romantic private getaway. I highly recommend the Marival Armony resort!

Good food. Service excellent. Rooms beautiful. Booze watered down. Limited seating at the beach and no entertainment.
