Loved Marival Emotions! Been to Nuevo Vallarta several times and find this resort to be in the best part of the beach, a perfect size with good local exposure. Rooms and grounds are impeccably clean, staff are so patient and attentive. For its price range, this is the best value. Lots of families at the pool. Spanish and English spoken by most staff. Mexican night was awesome- great mariachi band, yummy food, and cool artisan market.
We visited a few other hotels nearby including Marival Distinct (more luxury) ; food there is top noche and we were happy to soak in new vibes and flavours. Also recommend Luxury Yacht & Snorkel with Vallarta Adventures- gorgeous boat and beach.

Estuvo muy padre la verdad le doy sus 4 estrellas por qué no tenían tanta variedad de comida en algunas habitaciones no funcionaba bien el el aire acondicionado y en los baños no había tanta privacidad pero eso no es de tanto las bebidas muy ricas las piscinas se sentían calientitas cuando entrabas y lo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones nos las dieron hasta las 3: 00PM y que las habitaciones solo podemos entregarlas hasta las 12: 00PM pero todo lo demás muy padre️️️ 10/10 lo recomiendo

Pésimo servicio.
Desde que llegué al hotel me dejaron esperando 40 min por mi habitación mientras intentaban venderme cosas y cuando por fin tenía mi habitación tuve que esperar, ha que lo terminaran de limpiarla, la comida estaba horrible sobre todo la carne, el servicio pésimo, tenían un bar en la piscina de adorno, porque los huéspedes tenían que salirse del agua por una bebida y lo cerraban antes de las 6pm, y a la hora de salida nos cambiaron la hora de las 12 pm a las 11am para poder cobrar más.

Pésimo hotel, desde que llegas los de recepción te atienden de mala gana y hasta te voltean los ojos, y el barman del show pésimo trato, muy poca variedad de comida en restaurante y te sirven de mala gana. No volvería nunca.

Es grande, pero deben exigir cubrebocas en el área de comida a los comensales cuando van a ver, y respetar todo lo que se promete a los que compran membresía

Nos la pasamos muy bien la atención de primera muy amables y atentos en todos los servicios si volvería a visitar el lugar muy bonito

Una de las mejores experiencias en el turismo de sol y playa. Marival se vive una experiencia muy rica y suuper recomendado. ¡es por eso que tenemos la necesidad de volver a semejante paraíso!

Excelente las atenciones en especial los meseros de banquetes, Raúl y Mauricio Bocanegra que nos atendieron fabuloso en una boda que asistimos el 06 Nov. La comida deliciosa en especial la del Restaurante de especialidad Italiana

El hotel es bueno, instalaciones limpias, me toco habitación frente al mar y estuvo muy bien.
La comida está de regular a buena, para reservar en algún restaurante de especialidad, tienes que reservar personalmente a las 5: 00, el primer día me fui 5 minutos antes y ya no alcance lugar en ninguno los 2 que estarían abiertos, (eso porque no todos están abiertos), lo que no me gusto es que persona que estaba reservado no tuvo la amabilidad de mencionar que ya no había cupo y nos mantuvo formado hasta llagar a ella para decirnos que no había cupo, el personal no es muy amable no saludan, (en especial el personal del samba, y un señor que en ocasiones te recibe con una cara de que no quiere seguir viviendo o que odia su trabajo) las únicas personas que saludaban eran las que limpiaban los cuartos, las albercas muy bien, tanto la de los niños, el jacuzzi y la de adultos, las bebidas más o menos. Desde mi punto de vista un 7 de 10.

My husband and I just got back from a wonderful week at the Marivel Emotion Resort. Yes, I was aware of the "Time Share" speech and we listened. The resort may be an older resort but my husband and I found the resort relaxing. We had a great time, the resort wasn't very crowded the first few days we were there, but Thursday afternoon (we were leaving on Friday) folks were coming in, but that is to be expected.

The room was more than we expected, yes we books a king ocean view suite but this room was huge, we both loved it. The pools were clean, the food was good and the drinks.they were good.

The only negative is that it too FOREVER for the hot water to reach our room in the morning.first day I walked into the shower thinking it was going to be warm and nope I was wrong, I learned to let the water run about 10 minutes before even trying to take a shower.

All in all we loved the resort, sad to go. So many people to thank. Jose our waiter excellent, Caesar our waiter by the beach. So many people and I just can't remember their names. Thank you for making out trip truly wonderful.

Marival is a MUST! Excellent service, food, and exceptional team! Let me start off by letting you know that we had originally booked at another resort (Dreams Bahia Mita) for 6 nights. Dreams was such a horrifying experience that we shortened our stay and booked here for 3 nights. BEST DECISION EVER! We were sad/disappointed the first 3 days of our trip and the team at Marival helped bring our love of Mexico back! We were really considering never traveling to Mexico again because of the awful experience at Dreams.

Check in was easy (all done on your phone so make sure it is charged). All information was shared and the only thing I did not like was that we had to sit around after being checked in to talk about this presentation they wanted us to attend, which I am 100% certain was a timeshare presentation. They also charge a card a specific amount to be able to charge things to your room. So, if you reach the max, you have to go to the front to authorize more of it.

Masks are optional, some wear them and some don’t.

The other cons are that these are penthouses, villas, and condos, yet no dish washing detergents, no laundry detergent or dish sponges are offered. If you want these, you must purchase them from the gift shop.

Pros of the rooms= we opted for the penthouse w/rooftop plunge pool and were in love with the view! Look at these amazing photos! They have basic things you need like dishes, cups, and a water pitcher. They have a washer/dryer in the unit and they are super spacious.

Room service= Very professional, respectful, and timely, but limited menu and they do charge you 10% service fees, for everything you order, every time you order it.

Beach= Very easily accessible, but not the prettiest beach I have seen in all my years of traveling to Mexico.

Roberto, Jamie and Javier were our waiters for 2 days and nights at Mozzamare. They were super attentive, respectful and such a joy to be around. This beach front restaurant was AMAZING. ALL OF THEIR FOOD WAS SO DELICOUS. My favorite= salsa/chips, tuna and lamb chops!

Cesar the restaurant manager would check in at every meal to make sure we were well taken care of and enjoying our food.

Mary concierge was helpful in arranging things I needed to get done.

The COVID test was a breeze to complete and is done by a doctor who comes on site on the scheduled date and time. We did it the next morning and no problems. They email you the results and you can ask concierge to print a copy as the airport needs the printed copy.

Ellie, Luis, Rodgerdan, Sergio, Elian, Angelica were wonderful at Ommagio. Very attentive and their breakfast was delicious! My favorite breakfast option was the avocado toast!

Hugo at Insu was great! He was so respectful and made sure we were well taken care of each time.

Weneslao by the pool was super helpful and attentive to us.

Lupita and Claudia at spa (full service body treatments, massage, facial), were so amazing! My husband and I felt like babies after our treatments! Isabel, Maria and Margarita the spa concierge made it so easy to schedule and check in. Brisia and Alma at spa did our (Pedi/Mani) ’s for myself and my daughter and she had a blast.

The kid’s club was so great for our kids. They didn’t want to leave! Maria was so kind to them.

Everyone was smiling all the time! Everyone we encountered was super respectful from the cart drivers to the pool team and so on. AGAIN, this was such an AMAZING experience, GREAT food and such a different experience that made us fall back in love with Mexico. Thank you Marival team for your hospitality.
