Marival Resort & Suites Nuevo Vallarta

Todo excelente, todo el personal superservicial en todo momento, los niños muy contentos con el tobogán y área de albercas, la comida en todos los restaurantes muy rica y los cortes también. La pasamos bien en el cumpleaños

El personal de atención directa a clientes de lo mejor, lo único mal es la atención administrativa, no te dicen cuando llegas que cuando te vas, si te quedas unos minutos más te los cobran. Te recomiendo andar tu viaje con tu hora de entrada al hotel muy cercana, que es a las 3; porque si llegas antes te quieren vender tiempo compartido. El WiFi no es gratis. Sin embargo los meseros y demás personal que tratas directamente la atención es inmejorable, la comida de lo mejor!

Buen hotel, restaurantes de especialidades muy bien, el personal excelente y amable solo la persona que nos recibió mal, nunca nos dió a conocer los todos los servicios con que contaba el hotel.

Horrible, lacomida sin sabor al igual que los supuestos jugos, en la habitación no surtieron cerveza porque tenía costo extra, es el primer hotel " todo incluido " que me sale con que la cerveza tiene costo extra, el buffete muy chico para el tamaño del hotel y los mismo platillos insípidos, la habitación con una de ruidos en la noche peor que bungalows. Nada recomendable.

El hotel está muy bien, a la llegada te dan muy poca información, muy dispersa y batallas al principio, los trabajadores, empleados, excelentes

The resort is beautiful and plus the awesome service made it even better. The workers put so much efforts on making the resort beautiful. The entertainment was amazing. My kid loved it and did not want to leave. They were COVID friendly. We would be back in the future.

Somethings I would suggest is transportation from airport to hotel and back through the actual hotel. We didn’t know it was a 3rd party vendor till we arrived. I notice the other Marival district had their own transportation. When we went to Las caletas there were a ton of hotels guests also going at the same time and there was just taxi going back and forth. So waiting sucked. On the way back we end up getting a van taxi with another family since we didn’t want to wait long again. So the hotel should have some sort of shuttle. Also our resort bracelets we had to tied on rather than have the clip on. It was the pink bracelet. The bracelet kept coming off even after 3 knots. I lost it one point on the beach and thankfully noticed. Minus all that I still would go back to this resort.:)

Excelente atención, limpieza, la comida rica. Pero. No tienen wifi incluido en todos los paquetes. Te cobran por el uso del mismo por equipo.

La atención es muy buena, los cuartos no son nada del otro mundo, pero los servicios de alberca, bar son buenos y de los restaurantes la pergola, casa blanca, la paloma y la comida italiana amanti

Muy bonito hotel, grande y buenas todas las comidas, mi único comentario negativo es el baño del cuarto, debería tener más privacidad

Excelente lugar para unas vacaciones maravillosas. Todo está bien, servicio, alimentos etc. Espero regresar pronto.

Trust the negative reviews. Place was terrible. Overrun with locals and screaming children. No one spoke english and the service was non existent. I wouldn't feed my dog the food they were serving. Please trust the negative reviews. Scary that there are so many positive ones

Worst food ever! All inclusive includes cheap alcohol & disgusting cold food. The rooms were dirty but the staff were nice. If you’re looking for good food & alcohol, this is the worst place to be! Waste of money & vacation time. Also, only two pools. Sucks!

OMG I love this place we go every year and it never disapoints, it has good tasting drinks and the food is out of this world!

I had a beautiful time with my family and would of loved to give this place a 5 star but my only issue was the receptionist they say first impression is the most important and let me just say that the receptionist by the name Salma Garcia was very rude and disrespectful she kept rolling her eyes and made us feel almost like we were an inconvenience to her I was ready to just go back home or look for another resort her coworker even told us to file a complaint that she is very rude to say the least Im glad we walked away and try to make the best of it because the other workers were very lovely and quick service so other than the receptionist it was amazing please give her some kind of training to speak to guests kindness because she really does not make the hotels first great impression hope no else has this kind of experience good luck!

El hotel esta muy limpio, alberca, cuartos todas las areas impecables, pero ña comida deja mucho que desear, es muy mala, poca variedad, y el personal en general de malas, aunque no puedo quitarle el credito a algunos pocos que fueron muy atentos.

The resort was good the employees super nice fun active and made us feel at home. On the other hand because of covet their food selection isn't very good. Their ability to serve the guess that they have on hand are also struggling. I went to get a pizza the other night I sat down at 10 they didn't close until 11 and the server told me that he would not be able to get me a pizza. Being that this is the only restaurant that is open I would expect to get my pizza. But I didn't.

Definitivamente el mejor hotel de todo Nuevo Vallarta, los últimos 15 años hemos ido al Marival y no nos han decepcionado; ya pasamos por todos los RIU, Meliá. Etc; y no le llegan ni a los talones al @Marival: la mejor comida, bebidas de primera.no las "económicas" que dan en la mayoría de los TODO INCLUIDO, la atención del personal es inigualable, y la cereza del pastel: la playa, no hay rocas, hoyos; puedes meterte alrededor de 50 mts y no pasa de 1.70 mts de profundidad.

El año pasado no pudimos ir por razones obvias, pero este año; a mediados de abril por ahí nos vemos.

Pasamos 5 días increíbles comida limpieza al cien pero algo destacable es la atención y amabilidad del personal de todos pero quisiera agradecer al mesero José Carlos que cuando le tocó atendernos se esmero por dar un servicio excelente. Muy recomendable lugar

This was my second time here with my four year old. Their covid protocols are top notch and their customer service is outstanding. As far as food, for an all inclusive the food is much better than most. I think it's the perfect size. Not too big but not too small. And the condo suites are very imp6to me with a child as you have a full kitchen and washer dryer which we use each day.

I’ve been a Marival family member for many years, but it’s been a while since I visited. This past week was very relaxing and the staff was incredible. Even though the occupancy was low, the food was very good (it’s actually gotten better each time I’ve been), the staff was friendly and smiling, weather was incredible as always and overall we just had a great vacation. Armando, Julian, Bibi, Cesar and Ruben were especially nice. We played volleyball, had beach walks and enjoyed the perfect temperature of the pools all week. This resort is unique as its family friendly but also a great adult getaway. I highly recommend and we will be going back soon.
