Fue una increíble experiencia encontrar a Karen y a su equipo, desde el inicio fue la empresa en Sayulita que mejor establecido tenía todo, tuvieron mucha formalidad de principio a fin.

Su forma de trabajar es muy amena y eficiente considerando que toda la organización es a distancia, cualquier duda inmediatamente Karen la contesta y siempre esta muy al pendiente de todo lo que se necesita.

El día de la boda todo salió excelente, mis invitados notaron lo eficiente y el buen servicio que nos brindaron. La comida del buffet estuvo deliciosa, las bebidas muy ricas y la decoración hermosa.

Gracias por haber hecho para mi y Abraham un día tan memorable tan especial, un gran recuerdo y experiencia.

Si alguien tiene interés de trabajar con Karen y su equipo lo recomiendo bastante, no sé van a arrepentir porque en Sayulita no hay mejor equipo para organizar un evento.

Desde el momento en que mi esposo y yo comenzamos a imaginar nuestra boda en Sayulita, Karen, nuestra increíble organizadora de bodas, estuvo allí en cada paso del camino para convertir nuestra visión en realidad. La experiencia y la atención al detalle de Karen realmente brillaron cuando orquestó una impresionante ceremonia en la playa al aire libre y una recepción bajo el encantador dosel de los árboles. La belleza natural combinada con su impecable estilo creó un entorno pintoresco que nos dejó asombrados a nosotros y a nuestros invitados.

Durante todo el proceso de planificación, Karen hizo que todo pareciera sencillo. Su comportamiento tranquilo y sereno nos tranquilizó, permitiéndonos disfrutar plenamente de cada momento sin estrés ni preocupaciones. Desde la consulta inicial hasta la ejecución final, fue un absoluto placer trabajar con ella.

La capacidad de Karen para escuchar y comprender nuestros deseos fue realmente notable. Ella incorporó sin esfuerzo nuestras ideas y preferencias al tema general de la boda. Parecía que nos conocía desde hacía años, ya que capturó perfectamente nuestras personalidades y nuestra historia de amor en cada detalle.

Karen no solo se destacó por crear una atmósfera visualmente impresionante, sino que también se aseguró de que todo transcurriera sin problemas en el gran día. Desde la coordinación con los proveedores hasta la gestión del cronograma, fue una verdadera profesional. Sus habilidades organizativas fueron evidentes cuando ejecutó impecablemente cada elemento de nuestra boda, dejándonos simplemente disfrutar de la alegría del momento.

Quedamos impresionados por el nivel de atención y dedicación que Karen mostró durante todo el proceso. Ella hizo todo lo posible para garantizar nuestra felicidad y satisfacción, haciéndonos sentir como si fuéramos su máxima prioridad. No podríamos haber tenido una mejor experiencia planeando nuestra boda con Karen y Playa Secreta. Nos alojamos y organizamos la boda en la Gran Villa y, sinceramente, terminó siendo incluso mejor de lo que imaginaba: Karen nos dio todas las opciones que necesitábamos para crear la apariencia que queríamos, y al mismo tiempo nos lo puso súper fácil. Al principio estaba un poco nervioso porque soy exigente con la estética y nunca sabes cómo van a resultar las cosas cuando planeas algo desde lejos, pero el equipo realmente hizo todo lo posible y todo se veía increíble y funcionó perfectamente. El dia. Ah, y la comida del buffet estaba deliciosa!

¿Cómo empiezas a explicarle a alguien el mejor día de tu vida? Bueno, celebrar nuestra boda en Playa Secreta fue, en pocas palabras, el mejor día de nuestra vida y aún así un dulce recuerdo por revivir. Trabajar con Karen fue un gran placer y, aunque planificar una boda tomó mucho más tiempo y energía de lo que pensaba, ¡al final valió la pena! ¡La gente todavía nos dice que fue la mejor boda a la que han asistido! Planeé esta boda sin ser vista, así que presentarme en este Oasis mágico y que todo saliera perfectamente bien fue un sueño. Decir que recomiendo Playa Secreta es quedarse corto. ¡No puedo dar una recomendación lo suficientemente alta a Karen y su equipo!

Karen and her team made our wedding day nothing short of magnificent. The whole planning process with Karen and Patricia was drip fed in bite sized choices so we never felt overwhelmed with making decisions.
They answered every question we had and were so accommodating with our requests.

Karen’s been in the business for over 15 years and her experience shows. Nothing but professional, kind, prompt and creative, we honestly couldn’t have had a better wedding.

The team’s talent to realise our dream from our Pinterest boards and inspiration was nothing short of magical. Coming all the way from Australia coordinating from a distance was tricky but Karen made it as easy as it could be.

Thank you again for such a marvellous effort. Hands down the best day of our lives we didn’t want the party to end!

Por dónde empezar, me ha tomado 6 meses escribir esta reseña porque ¿cómo se pueden poner tantos pensamientos positivos en unas pocas palabras? Karen es un ángel en la tierra y el sueño de una novia. Corre, no camines, para utilizar sus servicios. Mi esposo y yo somos del tipo A, tomamos una decisión y seguimos adelante, sabemos lo que queremos, la gente debatía tanto sobre el uso de un planificador además de saber que organizar desde un país diferente era agitado. Gracias a Dios decidimos a) seguir adelante yb) utilizar a Karen. Diseñamos o vibramos, elegimos todas las cosas y nos conectamos con algunos proveedores increíbles según lo recomendado por Karen, ella trabajó dentro de nuestro presupuesto y nos encontró algunos robos locos + nos dio ideas que ni siquiera consideramos que fueran para nosotros. Ver cómo se transformaba el lugar desde mi asiento en la suite nupcial el día de fue irreal: eficiente, transformador, exactamente lo que queríamos. Había más decoración de la que pedimos en base a su increíble inventario en existencia que hizo realidad nuestros sueños nupciales BOHO. El personal era amable, agradable y muy servicial. Las bebidas y la comida.las quiero todos los días.las quiero ahora.fue INCREÍBLE.

Ahora seamos honestos, soy realista (mencioné un tipo) y ningún día es perfecto, no existe. OH ESPERA, ASÍ ES. Legítimamente no tengo nada que cambiaría en este día, esto superó todas mis (ya altas) expectativas. Ni siquiera estoy bromeando con fines de revisión: días como este existen y, francamente, mucho de eso tuvo que ver con Karen y los maravillosos proveedores que tuvimos en la boda.

Gracias Karen, Jordan y yo apreciaremos su amabilidad y su ojo profesional y atento hasta el fin de los tiempos.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Karen to help plan our wedding. We were blown away at how beautiful and stress free everything turned out. If you have any worries about planning a wedding from afar, rest assured you are in good hands. We saw the venue before the wedding and to see how it was transformed for our event was incredible. Absolutely beautiful and the planning process covered everything. Sayulita is a magical place to be, and Karen helped make it even more so. Thank you for everything!

Playa Secreta is truly a unique wedding venue! We hosted our ceremony on the public beach and then everyone went back into the small jungle space for the reception and dance party. Our guests loved that we were in the trees and sand, it was really such a unique experience for everyone. It was amazing to see how the space was transformed into a relaxed venue that felt very casual but also very beautiful. Karen was wonderful to work with from the get-go. It was fairly easy to walk through each step with her as she recommended some great vendors and was never pushy about anything. I'm also thankful for her patience with me as we changed our mind about minor details here and there before the wedding day.: D I was so impressed with the decor/setup the day of - I really felt like she made my Pinterest board come alive and truly appreciated the creative direction she took. We opted for the buffet and had several guests rave about the food the day after our wedding. Her whole staff was just so wonderful and kind. They all made sure every one of our guests was taken care of and truly helped make our wedding day that much more special. Thank you, Karen, and the Playa Secreta Team! We will miss working with you.

We cannot recommend Karen and her whole team at Playa Secreta enough. We had a seamless experience planning a wedding from afar. Karen took care of ALL of the decor details, managing the vendors, the day-of-timeline, etc. Karen did an amazing some executing the wedding of our dreams and bringing our vision to life. Additionally, our guests absolutely loved their time in Sayulita and were blown away by the wedding itself. It was so special with every detail thought out. We are so happy we went with Playa Secreta and will miss working with Karen!

No podemos recomendar lo suficiente a Karen y su equipo. Como alguien que ha planeado y coordinado muchas de las bodas de mis amigos, una vez que me comprometí, innumerables personas me preguntaron "¿¡¿pero quién va a planificar y coordinar tu boda? !? " Bueno, por suerte o por destino encontré a la persona perfecta para hacer eso en Karen y el equipo de Playa Secreta. Desde el primer encuentro de mi prometido y yo con Karen, incluso antes de que decidiéramos casarnos en Sayulita, supe que Karen era la mejor en el negocio. My partner and I began working with Karen back in 2019 - needless to say, we got to know Karen really well. She was absolutely incredible - such a lovely, thoughtful and positive presence in the wedding planning process. She helped secure fantastic vendors, coordinated all the logistics, was incredibly responsive. During the actual event, she ensured we had an incredible time - we felt taken care of. Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives and Karen helped ensure that - I wish there was 6 stars to rate her!

Look no further because this team, their services, and location was nothing but pure magic! I am so very thankful to Karen and her phenomenal team helping plan every single detail and executing the wedding of my dreams. Planning a wedding can be daunting.especially in a different country. But, Karen was so responsive, organized, and transparent with each step along the way. Her and her team break up the planning in sections so that it is less overwhelming and sends very clear details, instructions, and reminders. When I walked into the venue the day of the wedding I started crying as it was even more beautiful that I had imagined. I feel so blessed to have found Karen and her services! We started planning our wedding during the pandemic so had nearly two years of working with Karen before we ever met her! It was a little scary trusting in someone we had never met but Karen made the whole planning process easy and wonderful. She walked us through every step with helpful check ins every few months and then weeks closer to our wedding date.

The location was more beautiful than anything I could have ever imagined, and Karen had great connections for vendors and food and flowers and basically everything we would need.

Highly recommend, she made our special day and exceeded every expectation!

We started planning our wedding in November of 2021 to be married 11/3/22. We visited multiple places on both coasts of Mexico, while there is a plethora of gorgeous sites in Mexico for nuptials there is only one place with a planner like Karen Ruezga and space like Playa Secreta! Coming from a Corporate Events background I was concerned about the level of service and the overall outcome of such a special day planning from a far. Once we connected with Karen and heard her experience and how she truly listened to our vision (and more importantly, budget) we knew she was the piece of the puzzle would get us through planning our wedding. She is professional, patient and incredibly helpful. She had the hindsight to set key vendors (like the most incredible and reasonably priced florist!) aside that she knew we would need. I can’t rave enough about Karen, her staff and Amor Boutique Hotel. It was important for us to use someone LOCAL and someone who would use local vendors and community to put on such an intimate and special production. She has an abundance of things that are included in her package while also offering personalized details at a reasonable price to help enhance your experience. I cannot express our gratitude for her and her staff enough for making our special day nothing short of perfectly memorable.

I have chills just thinking back to our beautiful day.
Karen was amazing. The kissing garden at amor boutique was beyond my wildest imagination. The reception area was stunning. The bar service and food was exceptional.

I can't say enough about Karen and her amazing team with Playa Secreta! This was our third and final wedding for our family and our first destination wedding. Karen was so detailed and helpful with each and every step of our planning. She was quick to respond and provide everything we needed to make our time in Sayulita and the wedding absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Karen was there to greet us and make sure we felt confident with all our plans and schedule of events. On the day of the wedding I was able to relax and just enjoy being with my daughter and family (beyond precious moments) before our walk down the aisle, knowing that Karen was taking care of all our arrangements. When we stepped outside to see what she and her team had created, it was beyond what we could have imagined! Truly every detail was executed with excellence! From the flowers, to welcome table, pictures we had brought, reception decor, etc.it was stunning! Karen, the head wedding planner was absolutely fantastic! She made our whole weekend so beautiful, perfect, and just what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about anything while in Sayulita.

Karen at Playa Secreta planned our wedding and she did spectacular. There were several options of venues. We opted for the beachfront ceremony followed by walking into the jungle for the reception. Everything from the venue to the decorations, food, drinks and vendors far exceeded our expectations. Karen was always on top of things and quick to answer any questions we had. I’m in Oklahoma and she made planning a wedding in Mexico a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone.
