The Grand Bliss at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

Fantastically beautiul, large and well-maintained resort accomodations. Many swimming pools, restaurants and bars on site. Superior service from a very friendly staff. Staff organized pool, beach & other games available daily from 09h30 to 17h00. The variety of pools range from children's spray park to wave pool to water slide to lazy river to adults only. Huge beach front also.

Other activities (for a fee) include fiesta nights with fireworks, a Kids Club (child-minding with activities for the day) and pottery green-ware decorating. On-premise shopping plaza with groceries, wines, delicious pastries, clothing & a small food fair.

Multiple restaurants of various cuisines, such as Spanish, Asian, French, American, buffets & pizza, as well as poolside & room service, although, in my opinion, somewhat expensive.

Some construction of a beach to amusement park gondola currcntly blocks the usual short path to the beach. Security is ever-present but not too intrusive, however getting off the premises to enjoy the local area is only by a long walk or taxi ride as the site is somewhat removed.

Lastly, I would especially wish to commend the fantastic and entertaining Grand Bliss Joy Squad (Andres, Oswaldo/Salvadore, Alexei, Dante &? [sorry my memory fails me! ]) for keeping me busy with their various activities over my 2 week stay. Gracias!

Do NOT ATTEND the presentation, no matter what they offer you. It was a complete waste of 5 hours of my precious vacation time. My friends and I were totally frazzled and exhausted, we are all completely disgusted by the sales staff putting the screws on. The grounds and pools are beautiful. But Vidanta get a clue, your approach to selling a time share is terrible!

The most Romantic hotel from the Vidanta Resorts portfolio. Peace, amenities and spectacular views just a few steps from the beach and spacious suites. And a 3 floors Plaza 2 minutes away!

The greatest experience of a hotel and tourist development. Simply amazing! The personnel is always committed to help and treats you incredibly warm and supportive. The rooms are tidy and cozy, the sights are really worth a try!

Excelente lugar muy lujoso, recomiendo asistir con coche, para poder desplazarse a cualquier lugar ya q el servicio de taxi es caro

Un lujoso y atractivo resort, enclavado enmedio de la naturaleza. Atencion excelente. Grata estancia en restaurantes de lujo. En el area del Santuario, una muy atenta persona la srita. Michell, te servira los tragos o los alimentos que quieras.

Only visited the pool side restaurant for ceviche and guanabana Margaritas. Did not stay in the Grand Bliss.

The resort is excellent.
Service is always with a smile. The quality of the unit is exceptional. Serviced twice a day.
Our unit had ocean views. With large balcony with plunge pool.
Surrounding ares allways neat clean. Accessible for any disability.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Many nice pools. But, they've changed over the years in that they really nickel & dime you for stuff. Everything cost extra.

The area is beautiful but my reason for being there was timeshare was and if you don't by they kick you out like you're not important and that's rude in my eyes anyway if you like the scenery nice but if you looking for a great service no but they had an excellent breakfast I can't say
