Vallarta Gardens

Recientemente nos alojamos aquí en octubre. Hermoso clima y jardines. El personal es muy amable. A menos que te guste simplemente tumbarte en la piscina, este lugar te aburrirá muchísimo. Nada más que hacer aquí. Desafortunadamente, compramos una propiedad parcial hace un par de años con la impresión de que comprarían nuestro tiempo compartido en otro hotel. Eso fue una completa mentira. Desde entonces hemos leído que este es uno de sus grandes argumentos de venta de mentiras. Simplemente enciende el cronómetro, levántate, di NO y sal. Pague su propio taxi de regreso si es necesario.

Comentarios iniciales (ver detalles notables al final para conocer la triste realidad final de esta estafa)
Soy el nuevo propietario de un intervalo de propiedad fraccional a finales de enero de 2022. Conozco el concepto de amigos que tenían algo similar en casa en Ontario. No es multipropiedad pero tiene varias similitudes. Inicialmente comenzamos el proceso de nuestra estadía hace unos 4 años y no fuimos por varios motivos, incluido el covid. Aunque escépticos ante la idea, descubrimos que el complejo era lo que buscábamos a medida que envejecimos. Ciertamente es tranquilo, pero tiene suficientes opciones de piscina para conseguir lo que cualquiera quiera. Sólo hay un restaurante en este momento pero el menú es bueno y la comida deliciosa. Están en el proceso de construir otro restaurante y un faro en el muelle.
La presentación me pareció profesional y bien diseñada. No nos sentimos presionados, pero la oferta parecía ajustarse a nuestras necesidades futuras, así que compramos. Tanto Héctor como Harry fueron verdaderos caballeros y más que serviciales durante todo el proceso. La compra proporcionará tanto una inversión como un legado para nuestros numerosos hijos y nietos. Honraron todos los beneficios ofrecidos como incentivo para visitar y quedarse. Los jardines son absolutamente hermosos y las habitaciones están por encima del promedio. Suponiendo que obtengamos lo que pagamos al comenzar futuras estadías, deberíamos estar muy contentos en Vallarta Gardens.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle es lo que esperaba que fuera PV hace años y Buecerías está a un corto trayecto en taxi.

Me quedé aquí. Estoy muy molesto conmigo mismo por escuchar comprar un propietario parcial y vender mis semanas. Di 22.000 dólares. Prometí que ganaría dinero y lo devolvería en julio de 2023. Nunca sucedió. Luego lo prometí en septiembre de 2023. Di todo este dinero y nadie me devuelve la llamada. He llamado numerosas veces al representante de ventas Dante. Le prometí que le devolvería la llamada. Nada. Me duele el estómago porque ¿qué puedo hacer? Todo este dinero y un contrato que no significa nada. Y nadie te devuelve la llamada una vez que te inscribieron. Las personas que se encargan del contrato se llaman marketing de capital y tampoco devuelven la llamada y a nadie le importa porque di todo este dinero y ahora nadie me vuelve a llamar para resolver esto.gran problema.
Por favor, cualquiera que lea esto.no vaya ni se quede aquí ni acepte comprar una propiedad o comprar semanas o un propietario fraccionario. Es todo mentira. Una vez que te atrapen.como a mí, entonces será demasiado tarde.

Solo los precios del Restaurant demasiado caros muy exagerados para lo q sirven.

Fui a un discurso de venta de tiempo compartido. El personal de ventas fue grosero y nos trataron muy mal. El pobre tipo que nos hizo ir fue jodido por el gerente de ventas. Nos fuimos antes de la presentación en función de cómo nos trataron. Perdieron una venta potencial y, con suerte, cualquiera que lea esto lo piense mejor antes de hacer tratos con una persona tan asquerosa. En caso de que esté leyendo esto, compré un nuevo tiempo compartido en este viaje, pero no en Vallarta Gardens. Gracias por facilitarme la decisión.

Sólo visitamos para una presentación. Está bastante lejos del aeropuerto y de todas las demás actividades. Las habitaciones son muy lujosas. El comprador sea MUY CONSCIENTE.

Llegamos a la casa 4, JAMÁS VOLVERÍA. Un malisimo trabajo de su administradora. No sirvió el jacuzzi, No sirvió un A C, se descompuso el refrigerador, nos llamaron la atención por usar el asador aun cuando había asador. No se pudo poner música. RIDÍCULO.y sin ninguna atención extra por todo lo sucedido o algo de vergüenza como para algún descuento. Se quedaron en el hay que pena. FATAL. FATAL FATAL

Fuimos para una presentación y los apartamentos son maravillosos. El estudio es de buen tamaño pero no tiene estufa. El apartamento de una habitación es enorme con un balcón. Las vías fluviales, el río para nadar, son muy singulares y parecen divertidas.
La playa es tranquila y poco profunda. Construyeron un faro y planean tener un restaurante adentro.

Hermoso lugar, pero servicio y trato fatal, te restringen que hables en la alberca fuerte, te cuidan Como si fueras un delincuente, no respetan el contrato firmado. Si piensas venir de vacaciones piénsalo 2 veces porque Aquí no puedes poner música no hablar fuerte incluyendo en la alberca
Y sin niños porqué no los dejan desplayarse

Staff was very welcoming. Service was excellent. Abraham looked after everything for us. Made sure all our needs were met and exceeded. Thank you to all the staff

We were invited to view the property and possibly purchase. We currently spend several months in the PV area over the winter and we’re looking for a more affordable alternative to our current rental arrangement.
When we arrived they greeted us with respect and seated us on the patio with coffee and juice. A few minutes later a gentleman sat with us, ask us for photo ID and a credit card.
Now the ID i understand and the credit card maybe, but he also ask how much was the limit on the card. We guaranteed him financing was not an issue and it wasn’t, and our limit was not his concern. He then ask if we planned to purchase that day, and we told him probably not as we would need to do more research on the area and it’s amenities first. At that point he told us there was no point in going any further and left. A few minutes later a large burly guy comes over and very rudely ask if we had no plans to purchase, why are you wasting their time and would we even have showed up if not for the paid taxi fare and a few thousand pesos, which were promised as compensation for our time. We told him a few pesos meant nothing and he was being rude and insulting. When he left the people sitting beside us, who had heard the whole conversation, said they had experienced the exact same thing. We all got up and left, and no there was no return taxi fare that was promised, we were on our own.
I’m writing this review anonymously simply because I don’t wish any repercussions from Vallarta Gardens, who will absolutely sell your information. Anyone who owns at Vidanta will confirm, they all do it.

Came for a (timeshare) tour and lunch. The time slot we were assured changed as soon as we arrived, with encouragement that we should just ear lunch and wait. We didn’t want to sit for an hour eating lunch! Anyway, the agent checking us in quickly called Judith Hernandez who was less than accommodating and quite dismissive. We wasted an hour and a half, 30 minutes driving each way, 15 waiting for check in and another 15 waiting to be granted a taxi voucher to leave.
I’ll stop with that. I won’t continue to complain, sharing the catastrophe of trying to leave - go out that way, getting into a cab, no get out of the cab because it is not assigned to you, go back through the metal detector where the gentleman is standing whom initially showed you out and stand in line, hand them the voucher and wait for a cab.

We purchased a few years ago.
Every time we stayed at VALLARTA GARDENS. We were always hurried by staff
One time sales manager said that he was throughing us off the property. We were owners at this time. Top management refused to help.
I have no idea how these people sleep.

Timeshare/Fractional ownership scam!
Property looked pretty. We actually paid a *reduced fee to stay there if we went to their sales pitch. We thought they were a traditional timeshare.

But they sent us out to Occidental instead. Occidental wasn't bad (except I fully believe we had THE worst room in the hotel!) But it was NOT what we paid or planned for.

The first salesperson wants us to have breakfast with her even though we told her we'd already eaten. Guess who ends up having to pay the tip.she asked for $2.50 american tip. Hubby and I had a glass of water and I had a piece of fruit. She apparently "forgot" money to tip for her own food. First clue!

We looked around. It was quiet, pretty minus the beach construction that was a mess (the reason we came!)

Then the sales pitch. Four people. We explained 1) we couldn't decide to purchase a place we hadn't even stayed at (even though we paid for it!) 2) we hadn't a clue what a fractional ownership in Mexico entailed. 3) we were (and still are under the impression US citizens cannot own ocean front property, even fractional).

So we said we'd prefer to go back and investigate things at the room the stuck us in and if they'd be so kind as to give us a blank contract we'd forward it to our son in law so he could look at it we'd consider it.

Soòo our SIL is and investment banker and a trustfund Lawyer. When I told #4 that, he immediately stood up, said "I'm cutting you loose". And called a taxi.

FYI he had also promised to get a room there at the resort or at least a better room at the Occidental regardless.
Guess what? He didn't LOL

Visit maybe. Buy? NO!

Do not buy into the time share deal. They call you, take your money and then it's all down here from there. You may get to use it, if you fit into their schedule, and worst is the scheduling dept. They make it so that if you don't follow "the rules" to setting it up you get to start all over. Needless to say I will never see "Vallarta Gardens" too tough to get there.

Amazing place! It helps you be totally disconnected from the world (in the best possible way) and take time for you. The place is amazing, the service, food and, but the landscape needs a special mention, it takes your breath away.

Excelentes espacios para disfrutar de una hermosa vegetación y pasar un excelente tiempo en familia, al igual que consideran a las personas que no pueden asolearse mucho, pues hay diferentes zonas donde poder cubrirse. Para mí gusto es sabrosa la comida pero muy cara.

Hemos sido gratamente sorprendidos. El servicio espectacular, la habitación grande, cómoda, bonita, muy limpia. Las áreas comunes con una vegetación increible, muy cuidado, con muchos detalles, albercas muy limpias. Todo lo que ponga es poco. Quiero felicitar al Sr. Jesús Carmona y a todo su staff por el servicio brindado. Estamos muy agradecidos!
