Es un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo y bonito. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. Definitivamente voy a regresar. Se convirtió en uno de mis lugares favoritos de playa.

I am a new owner of a fractional ownership interval as of late Jan 2022. I am familiar with concept from friends who had something similar at home in Ontario. It is not time share but has several similarities. We initially started the process of our stay about 4 years ago and didn't go for several reasons including covid. While sceptical of the whole idea, we found the resort to be what we were looking for as we age. It is certainly quiet, but has enough pool options to get what anybody wants. There is only one restaurant at this time but the menu is good and food delicious. They in the process of building another restaurant and lighthouse out on the pier.
I found the presentation professional and well laid out. We did not feel pressured but the offering seemed to fit our future needs so we bought. Both Hector and Harry were real gentlemen and more than helpful throughout the process. The purchase will provide both an investment and a legacy for our numerous children and grandchildren. They honoured every perk offered as enticements to visit and stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the rooms above average. Assuming we get what we paid for as we begin future stays, we should be very happy at Vallarta Gardens.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is what I expect PV was like years ago and Buecerias is a short cab ride away.

Seems like a Nice Place. Bad Timeshare. Didn’t stay there, just went to the sales presentation. The place has a nice vibe and is being remodeled. Lush, low key, classy. But seems like a really bad timeshare, probably a scam. If it seems to good to be true… they were very unclear about exactly what they were offering and it was very high sales tactics. All the sales tricks in the book, but not well executed. Eventually we left without buying a 1/12 timeshare for $38k and $1100 dues. LOL terrible offer. They ended up being passive aggressive, medium low level respectful of our choice. The best part was how they offered to buy it back from me for $60k in 2 years if desired. That’s sounds like a good ROI if I had any faith those scammers would follow through. If you vacation home sales pitch is buying it back from me at a profit I think there is a problem

Beautiful private residence. Immaculate landscaping and pools. Food is very good. The facilities are bright, extremely well designed and maintained. Excellent location. They are installing piers for water taxis for trips to Bucerius and Nuevo. Very relaxing.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE
This place is disgusting. The rooms are dirty and literally nothing works, from the showers to any kitchen appliances. They won't take your calls to fix it because, and I quote, "management is busy resting and can't take your call. " Disgusting place, grossly overpriced, worst service ever. The beach is super dirty as well.

Vallarta Gardens is a peaceful, beautiful, boutique resort about 40 minutes north of PV. We have visited two times and are already looking forward to future visits.
There is some construction but it wasn’t bothersome to us. The grounds are very well-kept and minor maintenance issues in our villa were always fixed promptly (in a matter of hours!).
We chose the a.m. House keeping service and it worked out great. There are three pools and a safe swimming hole at the beach. Many villas have small pools as well.
We enjoyed the food onsite as well as dinners at the Tree House Grill (Wednesdays are all-you-can-eat ribs).
Bring cash (US $ is fine) as card terminals are often broken or not available. VG also has an ATM onsite which we used.
The staff is kind, bilingual, and professional. We saw many of the same people year two as year one.
They take good precautions for Covid-19. And they keep the occupancy very low - only 50% when we were there - so easy to isolate yet enjoy paradise.
We had three generations with us. The younger wanted more adventures so did zip lining, ATV, fishing, and trips to Sayulita.
Do not miss the Sunday market in La Cruz! We coordinated our trip so we could go twice. It is a highlight! Very little to no bartering.
A special thanks to Monica in the concierge office who took amazing care of us. She booked everything we needed every day and checked on us every day to see if we needed anything else. Cesar is a favorite too - and he is a photographer so took our family photos on the beach.
We have done all inclusive and we have done a week without all-inclusive. Both are very enjoyable. We might have saved a little bit of money by not doing all-inclusive. It depends on how much you drink.
Do not let the other reviews of experiences with the sales staff negatively impact you. They are professional and if you do not have the money to be purchasing a vacation property outright, then politely decline. Ownership at VG has been a positive experience for us.

It wasn't the stay that we are rating, but the Time Share fraudulent sales tactics. We signed an agreement to purchase 4 weeks and another to have their associated company purchase the 3 weeks we had in other resorts to be able to afford the 4 wks @ VG.
We EMPHASIZED this over and over. Their associated company never purchased our units and we got stuck making the $952 monthly payments to VG for 4 weeks. We were halfway paying off our VG contract through before it was evident that we would not be paid for our 3 units as promised. The management was rude and would not even consider decreasing or ownership to two weeks vs.four in order to pay off the balance. SHAMEFUL Deceptive sales techniques and member relations!

Caveat Emptor - BUYER BEWARE! I would actually give a Zero if it were possible. We were invited via phone for $199 promo plus fees and taxes which turned out to be about $250 total. We were considering a time share or “fraction” as they call it. We found out a couple weeks prior to our arrival that I may be transferred so we put all incremental spending on hold. The 90 min presentation turned out to be roughly 2.5 hours and 4 HIGH PRESSURE sales people later, we are able to go and have them get our taxi. Why is it that the sales people there seemed to be all “gelled up” like car sales people? Should have been a sign when one of the “residents” using their time share said as they walked by us that there is NO HOT WATER here. Really? Anyway, we were in the office waiting for our taxi after our 90 mins (that really should be honest with people and tell them it will be roughly 2.5 hours) when DANIEL, yes DANIEL, came to my wife and I, asking if he could ask a question, I said of course. His QUESTION turned into a dissertation and a very heated one about how we broke some “international group travel law”! I told him I had no idea what he was talking about. They called us, we didn’t call them! There were several people from our state at the so called presentation but he was hell bent on making a scene, obviously not making his sales quota. Well DANIEL. POO-POO occurs when you’re in sales.so YOU SIR need a new career. You are young enough to actually do something with your life rather than make others miserable because they want to live theirs how they think they need to. Circumstances come and go, and go we will! We will NEVER give any props for your properties after your stunt and I hope your boss reads this and reprimands you. I believe tourists bring a lot of money to your country and you might learn some professionalism if you plan to continue to deal with the public as this sir, was unacceptable.

Don’t bother giving me a “we hope we can be of service to you in the future” standard line because it just isn’t happening!

I thank God we did not buy, our circumstances changed, and we aren’t stuck with the likes of you for a miserable several years to come!

Adios! For the better!

Their marketing/sales company constantly calls numbers on the do not call list to bate people into going out there. Receive 2-3 calls a day and they claim they work with Priceline, Expedia and Marriott resorts, which is all a lie. This is a pure scam sales tactic and they don’t even give a legit call back number when they call from a spoofed number. STAY AWAY!

They call me twice a day with the same scam, I've "been selected to win a 5 day 4 night stay. "

This is a quiet little boutique resort. Top of line accommodations. Close to La Cruz. Short walks to stores, fish markets, and restaurants. Not a party spot so great for us retired folks. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there is quite bit of construction going on.

The staff were outstanding Pasquale, Martha, Juesus, Caesar, and many more. The environment was outstanding and so was the rooms. I stayed at three different rooms and all well cleaned. I was definitely great taken care of and the food was also fanatic!
