Absolutely love the area. The resort is ok, a few issues where we stayed but they were addressed quickly.

Nice.view of the ocean. 2br. 2 bath.kitchen, w/d.quiet.i always stayed in the old port hotels.i will be staying here now on.it is only about $30 a night more for a much better place to stay.safer, more sq feet, better views, better parking.so nice to have a full kitchen.living & dinning room table.and a patio balcony.
$90 a day & $40 cleaning fee. 3 days 270+40=310

The hotel is nice but dont book on Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday Resturant has the loudest music from 9 to 12: 30 did not get any sleep!

We rented a beautiful little 1 bedroom condo. The view was amazing, the grounds are beautiful maintained. I couldn't ask for a nicer vacation spot

Condo was great. But there was no dish soap or dish washer detergent, which was odd for an extended stay place. The resort is beautiful and private. I felt safe with security guards walking around.

It was nice but security trips too much there are roaches when you tell them they say it's not a resort lol but make you pay a deposit like a hotel and wasn't told till we got there 200 cash or card or no keys after paying almost a 1000 dollars before getting there the place next door looks way better the guy in the store there went out of his way and got me some American stuff I needed lol I went there multiple times the only other thing I can tell you about this place and Rocky point watch out for those Alto sighns (fake ones lol) but hey who argues a Mexican cop with a ar and a face mask might cost you 100 dollars like it did me besides that's it was a blast get a Pina colada for me I miss them already

The staff is pretty strict about the wristbands, I understand why they do it, but if you have family staying at another hotel it makes it really hard to meet up. Otherwise the place was beautiful. Grounds were well kept. And amazing views

You have to pay 20 dollars a day per person if you visiting someone staying at the property. Had roaches in the room. Tolet in front restroom leaked.

It is the perfect little getaway the pool is right outside your door the beach is only a couple of feet further. It is a very well kept facility with friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms. The restaurant on the premise is delicious. This is the perfect quick getaway at a pretty decent price.

I came here with my family for Labor day weekend. We drove from CA, it took about 8 hours. We rented a VRBO and had a great 2 bedroom with spectacular views. The resort itself was nice too. There are a few pools and a spa and has beach access. I would definitely go back.

Been going there for years! The place is extremely well kept, the security guards are very helpful with anything you might need. It's maintained and clean, family friendly, and Collin's Grill has great food and staff. I hope you don't go! More space for me!

We were very disappointed by the condo we rented last week-end. The unit was D204. We have stayed at Princessa in the past and had a great experience. This condo was listed at up to 4 people yet had no extra sheets for the pull-out sofa sleeper and no blankets. It also had no bath mat or rug for the shower, floor is very slippery. The kitchen had minimal utensils, the coffee cups were sized for a 2 year old and cookware was well used and very cheap. The owners need to hit some garage sales and stock the kitchen better. We had planned on at least cooking breakfast but the amenities (I use the term loosely) were meager at best. The microwave did not work. There were no kitchen towels, no dishsoap or laundry soap and we received only 4 bath towels for the entire week-end. I'd have gladly done laundry but no soap. We received one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag. When we contacted the front desk they informed us there was no extra bedding and we would receive more toilet paper, etc. The one great thing was the restaurant, Colin's Cantina. Their food and service is great, especially the fish tacos! We will stay at Princessa again but not in this unit.

Excelente servicio, instalaciones maravillosas, excelente atención, excelentes elementos de trabajo, instalaciones limpias, camas muy cómodas.

It was a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable as well as nice furniture. Nice kitchen and great air conditioning. Only thing holding it back would be the polish on some rooms.

Stayed here for my first visit to Rocky Point and it was great. Easy beach access and convenient location. The elevator in my building was broken for the weekend and there were some leaking pipes by the shower at the pool but overall the place was well maintained and pools were clean.

Place is getting a little run down but they are still charging high end prices. They claim they will renovate the hotel next year. Let's hope they do or this will be our last trip annual trip to this hotel.

One of the best resorts in Puerto Peñasco. You can't go wrong if you choose to stay there. It has a private beach and it's very clean.

Playa privada. El acceso es únicamente para los huéspedes de los complejos ahí establecidos. Sin embargo, buscándole bien encuentras un acceso público no tan a la vista pero si hay. La playa es hermosa pero de agua fría fría.fui en marzo!

Super los condos, todo funciona perfectamente una vista del mar y de la playa, espectacular todo muy limpio y sin queja alguna
