32Close to the beach, pools are nice and clean. Bar is in the actual building which was nice. Staff is always around, stuff gets fixed right away (public restroom).
Security was way overboard over lounging on the grass. Threatening behavior as well as threatening us by asking for our room number. We were not the only guests with similar issues.
Good family resort with front ocean views. As far as sea side reservations go, this one was also budget friendly. However their kitchen amenities and furniture do need some updating.
Beautiful surroundings, convenient location. Staying in town can be dangerous because of the Municipal Police. Watch out for them
Beds not comfortable this place should have standards this is my third trip to this place and this is the worst room we've had.
2018 - Room and bed 10 times better different room though highly recommend this place
Muy bonito el lugar estuvimos por 5 dias todo el personal muy amable.tranquilidad absoluta gente educada alrededor de los condominios es nuestra segunda vez hospedados ahi.sin duda regreso porque regreso.
This resort is so nice and relaxing you have the beach and 3 different pools at it its just so nice the room you get (which will be different) is so beautiful, the view is so gorgeous i loved it definitely will go again. Absolutely loved it

Great location, family oriented beach fun under secure facilities. Very nice on location restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an on location store for essentials, and multiple pools in a large grass and flower center courtyard all leading to the Sandy beach! Watercraft rides can be had right on the beach there. And the complex is centrally located between town and the Cholla Bay community and waterfront just to the west. Plus, one of Rocky Point's best beach bars is located close by in Wrecked At The Reef. Great resort!
It's My 2nd time coming to this Hotel. This Hotel is nice and everything, but the pool. The pools are kind of dirty and the water wasn't even fresh, it was warm.other than that, the condo has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is really good by the way. Staff service is good too. The beach is pretty specially when the Sun sets down.
