Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa Riviera Nayarit

Después de un día caótico quedarnos sin hotel en plena temporada alta, y encontrar reservación aquí fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. Mi hijo esposo y yo estábamos sorprendidos por la calidad de servicio que dan. Wow! Mis respetos para todos los empleados, excelente servicio al cliente, un trato increíble, los condominios impecables, la limpieza en todo el hotel es algo que agradezco tanto! La comida deliciosa en todos loa restaurantes, incluyendo la de la alberca! En el spa me topé con increíbles mujeres, Lupita, Marcelina, blanca. El doctor del hotel nos salvó de un gran susto! Meseros con súper trato, Daniel, Lucio, santana. Son los nombres que recuerdo pero todos nos brindaron el mejor servicio!

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó. Se reportó y no lo arreglaron. Se pidió al menos un ventilador de pié y su respuesta fué que no tenían. En pleno verano. Los camastros de la alberca muy apretados, realmente incómodo. Lento el servicio de comidas y bebidas de la alberca. Una mala experiencia, no esperada en un hotel de esa categoría.

Lugar muy agradable, muy buena atención en restaurantes, alberca y área de playa. La habitación muy limpia con muy bonita vista. Si vas no aceptes la plática/desayuno con el staff de ventas, te hacen perden mucho tiempo y te hacen preguntas muy invasivas. Sino les compras lo que te venden te empiezan a tratar mal, y te quitan la información que te mostraron, te convencen de que vayas porque te dicen que te regalaran un masaje y una botella de tequila pero no te dan nada. A pesar de eso estubo agradable la estadia.

Hola, muy buenas tardes, me gusta MUCHO el servicio al cliente, el personal fue muy amable, gentil y carismático. Tengo varias quejas, por ejemplo en las piscinas te cortas los dedos, el piso de esas piscinas está muy descuidado, es limpio pero ya le falta una remodelación al piso, al primer día en mis vacaciones ya tenía mis pies bien cortados, también la comida está carísima, 15 USD una hamburguesa texana, no tenia nada especial ni estaba tan rica para ese precio, luego si eres de México agarrate por qué 3.50 dólares un refresco, que eso normalmente no cuesta ni 1 dólar.

This was my second time at Villa La Estancia as an All Inclusive package for 7 nights.
The PROS:
Rooms were excellent as expected. The staff is very professional and very customer focused.
The food on premises is very good, with a nice selection of different cuisines from Mexican to a high end steak house (La Cabana). The facilities are impeccably maintained, with a pristine beach front. Location is quiet and very safe, for evening walks. The workout facilities are equipped with high end machines found in any commercial gym.

CONS:
When we arrived at the Villa La Estancia after a long day of travel, we were subjected to a sales pitch to attend a 75min presentation on their version of timeshares. Not that I am against time shares, but there has to be a better way of approaching this subject with your guests, and a better time. Very annoying!
Ordering from any of the restaurants the preparation for your meal can be very long. My most memorable experience was at La Cabana, having endured over a 2.5 hr wait for my main course to arrive. My kids had abandoned me, going back to the room and eating left over pizza. At this rate don't plan on doing anything else for the evening.
And lastly Check out. When checking out, we were expecting around $1000 MX ($52.00 US) bill. To our surprise the hotel presented us a final bill of approximately $10,000 MX ($524.00 US). So of course we started to ask questions. There were items on there like unauthorized tips, additional meal plans we never heard, and taxes. Again, we had the ALL INCLUSIVE. We challenged these charges and most were removed bringing the owed amount in line with our expectations. To Villa La Estancia credit, they were willing to concede that majority of the charges were unfounded. However this experience was annoying, I left feeling as if that was their last chance to hit the ATM. Makes me wonder how many other guests blindly pay erroneous charges without question. What would have been a 5 stars experience, I generously give it a 3 stars.

Villa de La Estancia is our family’s favorite vacation spot. We love coming here because it’s beautiful, relaxing and fun, but mostly because the staff is phenomenal. The waiters, hosts, porters, bartenders, housekeepers, pool and spa and garden tenders — EVERYONE who works here is professional, helpful, friendly and always has a big smile and laugh to share with guests. Thank you especially to Marcos, Eduardo, Diana, Lorena, Paloma, Kirwan, Yessi, Esmeralda.
The list goes on! Stellar crew, fun memories made and feeling restored after our ten days here. Already looking forward to returning:) Thank you, La Estancia!

Éramos un grupo de 14 personas y de ninguna forma nos dejaban juntar 2 mesas para cenar juntos.
Terminas de cenar o de tomar un café y te traen la cuenta para dejarles propina. Se supone que es todo incluido porque te traen la cuenta cada que consumes algo no entiendo. Le puse 2 no 1 estrella porque la comida si es buena

ES UN FRAUDE. Dicen ser el un hotel "All inclusive" (nos dijeron que estaban enfrente de playa) y son en realidad departamentos en una zona habitacional:
1) no hay acceso al mar, porque "el club de playa"solo es para los colonos del lugar. Te llevan en camioneta a un restaurante que tiene convenio con ellos y el área de palapas (mar) es pequeña.
2) el departamento está bonito y bien distribuido, pero la ropa de cama está percudida y sucia, no cambian las sábanas. Y en los cuatro días que estuvimos no nos dejaron toallas. (Anexo video).
3) los alimentos están muy malos, las bebidas preparadas diluidas, el café frío. Una taza de mi hijo traía labial. Además que les falta personal y tardan muuuucho en atender. Los meseros muy amables pero no se dan abasto. (Solo hicimos dos alimentos y mejor nos estuvimos saliendo a comer a otros lugares.
4) Las albercas limpias y grandes, no tengo queja, pero al estar malos los alimentos y las bebidas no se está agusto.

Bonito hotel y excelente atención. Alimentos caros. Falta turismo nacional. Playa bonita con un mar fuerte.

Todo excelente, solo la comida calidad precio no es tan bueno. Lo mejor las hamburguesas en la alberca!

This place is amazing, by far the best all inclusive I'm Mexico! The staff, the amenities and the food are all top notch.the service is unbeatable!

Muy bonito lugar muy buena la ubicación y sobre todo su personal es muy amable educados y responsables en su trabajo sus áreas son muy amplias sus piscinas muy limpias y seguras y con una gran vista ala playa y un muy buen acceso a ella

The service by the staff was exceptional, our Butler, Oscar Cardenas, our concierges, Ceci Tovar and Yesi Martinez, provided us with the most caring and affable service that exceeded our expectations. In addition management personal, Jaime, Jacob, and Favio oversaw their teams with flare and professionalism.

Service, food, drinks, quiet atmosphere, amazing sunsets, check in and out very simple. We paid tips with each meal so not on room charge. Looking forward to coming back. Rhythm of the Nights a must see.

I can't remember the guys name at the moment, but he supposedly has a high tenure with the hotel and was trying to interest my in a purchase. I was ok until he unveiled his DISHONESTY and RUDENESS! It IMMEDIATELY turned me OFF to the point I just wanted out of there. He ruined my experience I was having before getting to him

What would you think would be the proper response from a hotel.an expensive "luxury" resort hotel.after a bat is found in the bedding of a 3 year old? Room change? A free drink? An apology? We were offered nothing when this happened to me and my family during our stay at Villa La Estancia Nayarit two days ago. We asked if they could at least keep the bat for testing, but, no.that didn't happen either, so the 3 year old and I went to the ED to start our rabies shots as soon as we landed in the US yesterday evening. I get that things happen.just thought the hotel response would have been something better than avoidance

Contraste enorme en las vistas. Mal servicio de todo incluido, por que no es todo incluido. Los restaurantes sin lo que muestran la carta, sin café, sin té, sin agua para beber. Elevador sin servicio por 4 días.

Stayed a week but would live there in a heartbeat! Ya gotta go! Beautiful, inexpensive, exciting nightlife! Awesome people!

We had the best vacation ever at Villa La Estancia! It’s an elegant and quiet setting that caters to families and adults alike. The food was outstanding the pool was gorgeous and clean and the ocean had waves just the right size for little ones and big ones alike. Our check-in did not go so smoothly but the next day Alma upgraded us to a fantastic suite and from there on our stay was amazing! We stayed for 11 nights and did the all inclusive package which was beyond worth the money.

We would like to give a special thank you to Fabio, Alma, Eduardo, Manuel, Roger, Daniel, Erica, Miguel, Santana, and Montse - thank you all for making our stay so memorable and special!

Definitivamente me hacen sentir a gusto, tranquilo, seguro un excelente servicio y atención y sus instalaciones en buenas condiciones, un buen lugar para relajarse!
