I stayed here for the second time. Great place, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Very good gym with A/C, good equipment and VERY clean, and the best-ever gym attendant, Daniel.
Had some issues with a shared balcony, but after some time and effort, this was resolved by Micaela. Lily was helpful as well.
Stunning views, beautiful grounds, and the perfect beach which we walked/jogged for miles in either direction made this a memorable 15-day vacation. I loved it!

Overall great resort - friendly staff and food was amazing. Check-in process wasn't very smooth and they could use another bar but overall very nice and would go back.

My favorite place forever. Thanks to all the staff for be so friendly, Christian and Carlos at the front desk and Oscar and Liliana from concierge. We'll recommend this place!

The welcome is great when you arrive at the resort. The rooms are pristine, the views are to die for, the pools are clean and convenient, and the beach makes this place world class. The only thing that this place lacked was slow dinner service. We were able to get seated and order food at El Patron but nobody came back to offer us dessert or another drink so after 20 mins of waiting we started to walk away to get our check.

We really enjoyed our vacations at this resort.we had a unique room category and the view was simply awesome. Food, facilities, service, everything was just great. Thanks to Liliana & Oscar from Concierge for all the attentions!

La Estancia in Nayarit was amazing. It was top of the line on everything they did, first class. When I asked for a drink, I got Jack Daniels, Chevis, or Don Julio, not some cheap unknown liqueur. The pool, most of the time all to ourselves, and never a problem getting a chair in a good spot. As soon as you start fiddling with the umbrella, someone comes over to finish, brings two over sized towels and a mat, to get you all fixed up for a nice swim and a lazy afternoon. The waiter comes over, takes your order, delivers, and off he goes to help someone else. The whole place is clean, the garden perfect, the walk to the other resort is through a nice garden, The fountains, bathrooms, air-conditioning, all work all the time. This is a place to relax, not to party. Order a drink, sit back, then order some great food, even burgers as good as we can get in San Antonio (we have a lot of burger places), and a great hot dog, everything was good. Well, OK, I did not like the ceviche at the pool bar, it was more of minced fish then large fish pieces. Our room was large and had a fantastic view of everything, the ocean, and the pool and a very large patio. The main restaurant, "La Casona" in another review, is also fantastic. Thank you, Astrid, for checking us in so fast, and taking care of the one problem we had (missing light bulb) Thank you also to Esbai Vasquez enjoyed the pool, and Eric Curios also at the pool and anyone else I missed.

Loving it here. I came to enjoy the chefs cooking and have not been disappointed. Staying in the 3 bedroom suite with our own private jacuzzi. Have also enjoyed the spa.

Hermoso lugar, solo me hospede 2 noches porque asistí a la boda de un primo en punta de mita y desgraciadamente no pude recorrerlo todo, amplias habitaciones con todas las comodidades y personal muy amable y atento, espero volver pronto.

Excelentes instalaciones, excelente servicio de parte del personal.

Nos ofrecieron descuento en los consumos, ya que no teníamos plan todo incluido y la cuenta final resultó ser menor a la esperada y sin ningún cargo sorpresa. No por esto vayas a entender que es barato, no lo es, pero creo que pagas también algo de exclusividad y evitas así los tumultos y las albercas saturadas (yo fui en semana de pascua).
La comida está bien a secas, y por el precio, creo que queda un poquito a deber, además el menú es algo limitado, por eso creo que fue buena idea no pagar el Todo Incluido y salir a Bucerías (10 minutos de distancia) que tiene una oferta gastronómica interesante, vasta y mucho más accesible.

En resumen. No está al alcance de todos los bolsillos, pero si puedes pagarlo, ve, vale lo que pagas.

Tuve la oportunidad de ir a la kermés que se organizó el 02 de febrero para la organización Corazón de niña, que fue organizada por HOA y fue un evento hermoso y divertido.

Went in November and it was the best vacation we have ever taken. The resort was clean and everyone was very friendly. We did the all inclusive so there were no surprises on costs. The shows were good, especially enjoyed the beach party. The staff was wonderful, the food was great and we loved the beach. We did a photo shoot with Nestor and it was so much fun and the pictures are fantastic. This will forever be our favorite place, not too big, not too small, just right for us.

Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, tienen el diseño rustico que te hace sentir en casa.el servicio es espectacular, las concierge Jaquie, Marce, Casandra, Sarah, Astrid, Maby, Magi, Coral, todas ellas fueron de mucha ayuda, cualquier duda de restaurantes y tours ellas son las expertas.
En recepción Mikaela, Gerardo y Omar siempre saludando con gusto y una sonrisa.
Definitivamente el servicio que nos dan es la razón por la cual regresamos cada año.

Un lugar muy hermoso, sin embargo, el propósito de estos sitios es que no salgas del hotel para nada, ya que te ponen todo en el interior del complejo y dejas de conocer los alrededores. Si tú intención es ir a no hacer nada ni salir a ninguna parte, entonces compra el todo incluído y tendrás la gloria.

Las habitaciones muy lindas. El hotel es moderno. Las albercas son desinfectadas con sales lo que hace la sensación de agua muy limpia y no sales oliendo a cloro. La playa está libre de piedra y las olas son medianas para poder nadar y divertirte a gusto. Los niños pequeños sólo podrán disfrutar de la orilla del mar.

Es u. Lugar para pasar un excelente día en familia se los recomiendo todo es excelente tanto la. Comida como la atención repetiría mil veces y lo super recomiendo

El personal es muy amable y probeen information necesaria. Las chicas del front desk Jacquie, Sarah, Martha, Marcy, Cassandra, Mago y Mary. Voy a regresar fue muy Buena experiencia. Los precios de estadia y restaurants un poco elevados.
