Big thanks to the concierge girls who help everytime we come back to this beautiful hotel. We come lots because we love it! Mago was great and also Sarah and maby! Gracias Chicas! We will keep coming back:)

Muy mala comunicacion en seguridad. Mal servicio al cliente, urge capacitacion en servicio al cliente // Bad communication with security, bad customer service, will be nice if they get customer service training.

I had a really good time here. Maby was grat assisting us with reservations. Took the timeshare tour alot better than any ive taken a special mention to the rest of the girls at concierge sarah casandra mago marcela jaquie and martha.

Not my first time in this hotel. The place is nice and staff is friendly. This is one of my favorites as Villa La Estancia.

We had a wonderful time yet again at flamingos - thanks to concierge margarita sarah Marcela Jacqui and Martha! Great service with bell men David, Antonio! ' And Sergio out by the pool. We will be back:) thank you everyone!

Service is terrible! We asked for extra sheets etc. Had to call back 3x and one hour later, still no sheets. Air conditioner broken. No internet in rooms! Could not believe it! Service at restaurants extremely slow. Food is a bit better than we expected for all inclusive. Two bedroom suites are not adjoined. You have to go through balcony or out your door and through the door of the other suite to get through. Would definately not come back here

The resort is nice. If using expidia be 100 percent sure that u are booking all inclusive if that is what you want
the timeshare presentation was not to bad.would not buy one but the gifts are worth it.the affiliated resort next door has alot more a activities.was a horrible trip because we thought we where purchasing all inclusive.very misleading.a lot of kids as well.they where going in the adult jacuzzis most all day long. I will return to Puerto vallarta but would go someplace different.

Terrible experience, the service was very dissapointing, people unwilling to work and felt like they were frustrated all the time. I wouldn’t recommend couples nor families to visit this place.

This is our fourth time to the beautiful Villa La Estancia Resort. As always we were greeted by friendly faces. Gerry and Raul were there to take care of our luggage and offered us ice cold bottles of water. At check in we met Erik a very pleasant gentleman who made us feel at home.

We could not wait to get to the pool. On our first day at the pool we met Esbai and Mario. Each day Esbai would make sure our lounge chairs were set up with towels and our umbrellas were placed just right all day long. Each day he would ask us if everything was ok and continued to impress us. One very hot day, without us asking anyone, we met Antonio who brought everyone in our area a fresh cold face cloth which was a big hit. Many days he would drop by and ask us how we were doing and if he could get us anything.

We cannot say enough about “the pool bar guys”. Ramon, Orlando, Edwardeo and Nicolas were all unbelievable. Since our last visit Lucio and Carlos had been promoted to Bartenders. All the guys were very personable; all had great attitudes and insured we had everything we wanted. Their whole mission was to keep us happy. It was my understanding a few of them were only there for a short time. In our books they were all “seasoned individuals” and we could not ask for anything more. We spent each day relaxing around the pool/hot tubs and they really made our vacation very enjoyable.

Dominica, Abraham and their staff at the pool restaurant worked very hard in the heat behind the grill. They made the best tasting lunches and the food selection was more than we could ask for. The hamburgers/fries were fantastic (to die for) and each day we had to have the fresh guacamole, salsa and chips which was one of our favorites.

The main restaurant at Villa La Estancia is called “La Casona” where my wife and I experienced many enjoyable evenings. The food was superb, the steaks, rack of lamb and the salmon were all done exactly the way we asked for it. When the restaurant has staff like Migel and Roger who have been there for nine years the service is remarkable. Add Edgar with his great personality and you will definitely have a night to remember.

It is my understanding that Castro and Iram are the supervisors of all these individuals and I must say they worked hard to help out the guys when they needed it and always asked us if we needed anything when making the rounds between the hotel and the pool.

All these people that I mentioned worked so hard and are a big part of why we will be back again in the near future. In closing I would like to thank Gerry who gave us a hand with our suitcases/bags and getting the taxi for us back to the airport. We love the Villa La Estancia Resort and the people working there. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Our arrival at the resort was not very professional of the security members they were not well informed, very hostile, they urgently needed training in customer service. Everything else was excellent location, rooms very nice and clean, waiters give us great service.

The amenities are fantastic, but the constant upselling got a little wearying. Great pool, great food, great accommodations. Wonderful place for a family in a week long vacation, but not so great for one night.

Excelente si te gusta así lejos del bullicio de la gente y si vas en septiembre mejor es temporal bajo para ellos y es más barato todo y te tratarán como rey

El hotel es horrible con instalaciones viejas e incómodas. El servicio tanto de recepción, meseros, camaristas son groseros, mal encarados y deja mucho que desear. NO RECOMENDABLE!

Great place great staff maby marcy mago coral jaquie and martha were all so kind.drinks need an upgrade to fresh fruit. Loved the beach here.

Beautiful location and attentive service. Very easy to just relax here. The room was a bit musty but every room has a balcony so we just opened up the doors to air it out and got fresh linens. Just be sure to avoid all the timeshare sales pitches!

Exelente lugar si lo que buscan es un lugar tranquilo y comodo. No hay tanto turismo y las instalaciones están en exelentes condiciones.
