Grand Luxxe at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

We really enjoy vacationing at this resort.accommodations are great, wide variety of pools and restaurants.golf options are plentiful.staff is very accommodating.

Ya le urge una remodelación a los interiores, el aire acondicionado un desastre, no le entiendes nada al termostato. Lo demás padre y muy a gusto. El Café del Lago delicioso para desayunar, el pan dulce espectacular. Las crepas y los tacos de la Plaza, deliciosos, aunque caros.

Todos los años quiero volver a Vidanta. Fascinante lo que se vive en este lugar. Todos son amables, siempre sonríen, son atentos y hacen su trabajo con excelencia. Te alegran cada día, todo el día.

Yes it’s Five Star for sure. If you get here through some travel club like RCI do not even waste your time in the sales pitch, there is well hidden deception. Especially at the exit sales point. A full day should be expected In the multiple levels of at least 5 different people.
Hey but if you have 6 digits for a investment set aside this will make it much shorter.
The Fitness room, cardio room, there are none better in this area.
10/10. The Kids will never get board.
Do not trust any promises made at the exit sales point. Any paperwork with the Destinos can not be trusted. Any money given at this point is covered In BS and will simply disappear. Full of players. These sales tactics are giving me the impression they are struggling financially in maintaining their big dream.

I've had several days back home and think about my experience staying at the Grand Luxxe and I've found it very difficult to actually compare it to anywhere I have traveled. Please keep in mind that this for the Grand Luxxe only, there are other reviews I have left for the different facilities within the Vidanta resort.

I only had one negative part of my stay, and it was not with the resort but the vendor they use for booking excursions off the property. That being the case I will leave that portion at the end. I strongly suggest that you read it.

I already had very high expectations of vacation resorts, but the Grand Luxxe completely surpassed that. I never expected for this resort to set a new level of excellence for me, but it most certainly did.

Just walking in to the building was an amazing experience. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the professionalism was unbelievable! Once the Mrs and I arrived to our floor, we we're met with the same level of service as when we walked in. The concierge introduced himself and gave us some good information and guide us to our room.

I had seen a few pictures of the suite when I was booking, but they did not do it any justice after seeing it first hand. Everything that we could possibly need was and even a few things I didn't need, but most certainly enjoyed. We could have probably stayed in the sutie if for several days if the weather was an issue. Even if we somehow got tired of being in there, we had the rooftop restaurant /lounge with pool and food delivery service. In case we wanted something else from a different restaurant. I can go on and on about my wonderful experience here but I do have to go over my one and only issue.

I've disputed the charge for one of the excursions that I booked using the travel agency that's contracted by the resort. The paperwork you sign with the the travel agent clearly states their cancellation policies, refund policies. The agent signs it as do you, but if you call and try to cancel or reschedule they pretended like it was just a piece of paper written with crayon and refuse to honor it. At first I thought it was the agent being greedy so I escalated the matter. Unfortunately after speaking with the agent's supervisor and the manager of the entire agency that's located on the resort, I was met with the exact same disregard to their own contract. From prior experience I take of all my paperwork, and once I got back home I presented it to the bank. The bank refunded me my money within 36 hours and they will be taking it up with the agency directly on my behalf.

Sparkling clean, luxurious outside and inside, gourmet cuisine, happy guests and friendly staff. We are so lucky to vacation 3 weeks here. The golf, on all 3 courses, is well worth it!

Excelente resort, comida variada y deliciosa, buena atención, personal responsable, ambiente familiar muy seguro, nuestras vacaciones familiares han Sido muy placenteras lo recomiendo.

El lugar está lindo pero el agua de las albercas es muy fría, y la vista es espectacular, pero la altura hace que te de frio, sobre todo si hay viento.

This was the worst vacation ever. We tried to arrange things like restaurants and cabanas before we arrived. But we only were able to leave voicemails that were never returned, or worse, just got hung up on. We final got broken English emails from Maria Jose alvarado Rios. Finally, when we arrived for our New Years vacation, we found out everything we wanted like the good restaurants and pool cabanas were sold out! The scam the resort then pulled was closing all restaurants on 12/31, and forced us to make reservations in a big tent for $400 usd per person! Today, we got up early and secured a nice place down by the beach. We left to go back to our rooms (20 minutes walk!) to get our iPads only to return to find out Juan Morfin Bernal and Wendy Lopez Vueva gave away our spot. Wendy lied to us that we had been gone for more than an hour (lies!) and refused to let us have our spots back. We asked for a manager but never did (more lies). The sad thing is we are here to scope out a vacation spot for our friends that were flying down on their private jet next Christmas. We represent five families that were considering buying a place here. Needless to say, we are not coming back and our friends are booking a place in St Lucia instead. One couple may still come for a visit, but will not be buying. This place may be good enough for the locals, but they treat Americans awful and it a total ripoff. We stayed in the top place at the resort (Grand Luxxe), and we’re still treated this horribly. STAY AWAY!

Muy bonito, agradable y el personal en general muy amables y serviciales! Los alimentos super ricos, el buffet muy recomendable!
Le quite una estrella por el hecho de la alberca que estaba helada y por que en la playa hacen falta palapas, son muy pocas para el número de habitaciones y considerando que el mar está más calientito que la alberca, es obvio que preferimos estar allá!

Limpieza, instalaciones adecuadas y mucha vegetación, precios un poco más elevados de lo normal

I love everything about this place other than the time share pressure. Once we said no however, they left it alone. Gorgeous place, friendly people.

Absolutely amazing! Stayed at the Residence for a week. Private rooftop pool, and restaurant with fish tacos that were out if this world! Shout out to The Residence Team! Especially German, Edgar, and Ricardo. They really made the experience. Very helpful, and always kind.

In my opinion there is no better way to experience luxury and relaxation then Vidanta Grand Luxxe Residence!

Service here was wonderful as it was at the other resorts in the complex. Fountains, statues, and great stonework are all around the hotel which is surrounded by a dense natural jungle. It really has a wonderful atmosphere.

Un excelente lugar para vacacionar, tiene todo lo que llegaran a necesitar. No tiene que salir. Ahí tienen de todo. Y bueno yo trabajo ahí.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ HERMOSO, MUY BUEN SERVICIO EXCEPTO PORQUE LOS MALDITOS DE LOS CARRITOS DE GOLF NO ME DEJARON TOMARME UNA FOTO SIMULANDO QUE CONDUCÍA UNO DE LOS CARRITOS

If every time we didn't have to fight for a room would be 5. It's something that wears over time for sure.

Excelente Resort, con playa propia en la Bahía de Banderas, espectacular desde la desembocadura del Río Ameca. Me encantaron sus jardines extensos, lagos, club de golf y los restaurantes de comida internacional. Para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables en un mismo lugar.

Las habitaciones son perfectas pero le pongo 2 porque el agua de las albercas está fría siempre, están muy lejos y llegar tanto a ellas como a la playa es muy confuso

Very nice time-share facilities. We there with some friends but got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. Other than that, perfect stay.
