This place is gorgeous. The Grand Luxxe is beatiful. Lots of wonderful pools and restaurants to choose from. The grounds are pristine. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to PV

Resort is getting to big and transportation is still an issue. No way to walk off property to go to local restaurants. However, it's a very nice resort. Clean, well kept and nice people working there. Many good things can be said and my "negative" statements at the start of paragraph is to help management improve what they have.

Las atenciones que nos brindaron desde nuestra llegada fueron de primera, he de destacar los de los consierge Eduardo Fuentes, Bernardo, Flores, Luis Rodrigo Robles y en general la calidad humana y deseos de servir de todo el personal con quienes tuvimos contacto. Our room was in a good location, higher would be better. The room is showing it's age, many things need repair and replacing. The only ice machine for the floor was broken for most of our stay. The staff told us that the water in the room is not recommend to drink. So bring your own drinking water. Restaurants ate very good quality and very great food.

Avoid this place. Deceptive and pushy sales tactics. They promise big discounts and then refuse to honor them. We stayed in their highest-end resort and were sorely disappointed.: (What should have been a great family vacation felt instead like a swindle. To be fair, though, the rooms and grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful grounds and food is good though sometimes a bit pricey. Very good service and activities. They are having a problem with internet though causing intermittent service. Gym has a bunch of new equipment replacing the original precor for technogym

Beautiful area with many choices for eating out or in. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful to seniors. Special mention of our concierge Aricela on the second floor of Grand Luxxe 2. She was so cheerful and very helpful

Beautiful resort on the beach. Many hotels, restaurants, pools and facilities. A few minutes away from neighboring towns.
